At all Nissan Service Centres, they provide car servicing/ maintenance, engine repair and body repair. However, the Toa Payoh Service Centre only provides windscreen replacement for body repair. Poor Nissan Servicing @BukitTimah
Very frustrated with the servicing at Nissan Service Centre @Bukit Timah. Came for the usual 6mth servicing and we ordered to change the air-con filter. And, guess what. Took my Qashqai for car service in 2020, one of the lamp was blown out and I was aware of it. When I collected my car, the quality checklist indicated that they have checked all the lighting of the car which they clearly did not because they were not aware of the blown-out light only until I inform them! Nissan NV200 - Bad service from Toa Payoh Branch
Vehicle sent in on the 12th of March for regular servicing and inspection. They cleared it and said everything was okay. Four days later 16th of Mar (van not used during 13th and 14th due to weekend) ignition coil short circuited and NV200 had problems. Tan Chong kindly asked for $599 for ignition coil replacement. They said it has nothing to do with them.
