Call main line to get a quotation and was told to email them. The lady that took my call was cold and harsh when answering my questions. Listen to the email add and hung up.
If they can't give proper customers service now, how will they treat you when you have a claim!

I called to ask for an urgent quote on my car insurance and was told I need to send an email and wait for 3 days for the quote!
The person picking up my call doesn't sound helpful and was stern + cold instead!
Insurance supposed to care for the people. But, by just talking to the staff, how can anyone felt that they care?
