In 2012, I had my Pioneer Head Unit, amp and speakers installed into my 2nd hand Vios. Till today (touch wood), they are still working well..

Bought a set of sound system from them. Was told that if i change car, alex will charge only 80 bucks for removing and installing to new car. Went back few months later, as i changed my car. 12V wasn't working. Super prompt service by Alex. No waiting required and problem was fixed in seconds. Best of all - FOC.
Workmanship was average. And workshop can only accomodate 2 cars at most. If you have to wait be prepared to park your car a distance away.
