Got this alarm installed by this ws, i left my car with them for one day for them to have more to time to fix it onto my car rather than rush it for me. After I collect the car, I notice that there was no light inside my passenger side small boot. I gave ah Seng a call and he asked me to drive down and let him have a look. After his college took a look and confirm that the bulb had burned and they change it for me free of charge. This was not included in their deal but they still had it changed. Alarm works great. Their service was top notch too. Will visit them for future upgrades.

Had went down a few times to purchase the EasyCar E7B 2 way alarm system, voltage stabilizer and some leds modifications, Overall customer satisfaction was good as the workmanship was good as I can see that their staff really put in their effort and professionalism when installing stuff on my car, every connecting wire was black taped and cable tied which I have not seen pple doing it elsewhere..the staff are also very friendly and ready to answer any enquiries which I may have about the products. They even bought me lunch and drinks and offer to send me to the nearest mrt while I was waiting for my car to be fixed. Would highly recommend this shop to anyone who want a reliable car accessories shop with reasonable pricing!

Sometimes, we don't just judge the price for the item. It's the after sales service that really matters to me. I got my open pod from them last week and due to some manufacture defects on the filter, I called up the boss and he personally send down a brand new air filter to my place and replace it on the spot. This is what Excellent Service means to me. I really appreciate the great help from Kenrick (The Boss) and will definitely goes back to their shop again for more upgrading kits. Cheers ~
