My servicing was due, as previous, I booked my Express Servicing appointment and sent my BMW in early afternoon for a routine check at SBA. While I'm in their cozy waiting room, I rcv an emergency call which i need to attend immediately but my car will only be ready 30mins later. I express my concern to their customer service Ms. Anne if they could speed up the work. She immediately checked with her manager and offered me an alternate solution - a courtesy car. She further explained, not to rush their specialists who are still servicing my car. She also tell me to settle my urgency before returning the car to them by the end of the day. I was very impressed by the way they handle towards customer's needs.

My family and I have the thought of changing to a set of new larger rims for my car. After dinner the other night we just drove about and happen to pass by Sung Beng Auto somehow they are not closed yet. We are surprised that they are still open even it had past their operating hours. We saw a series of different and beautiful rims which was display on their walls. There came Ken right on time before he is about to leave. He even introduced to us and explained on the rims that we are interested on in great patience, eventhough we took almost an hour to decide which rims and tyres we want to have on our car as there are too many and too good to suit my car. Eventually we placed a deposit and had my rims and tyres changed the very next day. Great service by Ken and well done Sung Beng Auto. We really love our new rims and performance tyres very much.

Got some squeaking sound on my brakes. SBA detected that it was due problems with my brake pads as my front ones have already worn out. They keep alot of stocks and i can easily get them changed almost immediately. Their workshop and showroom also have many different types of accessories and perfomance parts. We will surely visit here as they have everything that a car will need or add on to.

I went for my car inspection, but was failed due to wheel mis-alignment and one of my bulb was burnt and the holder melted. I was introduced to Sung Beng Auto by a friend and I got all the problems solved. The mechanics are fast and efficient eventhough they have many customers to handle.

This is not my 1st time at Sung Beng Auto. My 1st encounter with them was to change my tyres in Sept, 2011. Then i went there for a car servicing in December'11 with some small bulbs changed, and air con filter. The third time in early april, is also for servicing and for my remote control alarms. When my starter broke down end of april, i went back to them for repair but they recommend just to service it and charged me only for the labour and i felt that it is too good to be true and they left me with a list of items that i need to take note without stress to take my time for replacement.... In Mid of May, i returned back to them and have my brakepads changed first. Few days ago, i just visited them for the 6th time to change my car sensors and ATF oil. All i want to say is SBA provides every kind of services with specialised mechanics that offered me the fair balance of advise on repair needs. I appreciate that and i also get very good service from their specialist Mr. Lim too I am also looking forward to visit them for any other services in the near future.

I had my car serviced recently at Sung Beng Auto, with their experienced mechanics, my car is being serviced quick and complete. They also knows my car vr well. Each time i send my car in for servicing, they will check it very detail and not forgetting the nitrogen air in my tyres which they refill it for FREE as I have previously changed my tyres from them quite some time ago. I strongly recommend this workshop to all those who wants to send their car for checking and servicing.

Got my tyres changed recently on my Mazda. Fast & efficient job, well trained mechanics. Even it is not so branded, i can see that even BMW ,Porsche is using it too. Not so noisy and low rolling resistance-fuel efficient. The best part is that the price is also very reasonable. Thanks to Frankie's recommendations. This story happened some years back but i still want to share with everyone after reading the other reviews from 1969 Sung Beng Auto in SgCarmart. Remember the time when i first know Frankie at Eunos,i can see that they grow from a small workshop with few helpers to today 3units at Circuit Road with full facilities services for automobiles and respective specialist. "Recently, I was planning to upgrade my Air filter system from factory fitted to a performance type, I changed upon meeting Frankie the Owner of Sung Beng Auto during the motor show at Suntex city. I took my car to his workshop to see what else can to done to improve the performance, which I was looking and exploring after reading so much about aftermarket products. Trust was all I have to say about spending some $7k for the initial round without even testing on similar types of upgrades for myself. High on the recommendation list was to change the Air filter system with 6 cyclones and a bigger throttle valve, a LTA approved Sebring Exhaust and a inspection at Vicom for approval. The heart of the system is the VPM power ignition coils couple with VPM Carspeed spark extension x 4 modules with ignition controller and lastly Fuel Bank EVO II x 3. The second round of upgrades involves additional Engine oil cooler, Auto-Trans cooler and a better ventilated Disc to match the added power as not to over shoot the traffic junction. Not much is being done for the exterior that look like a Pussy Cat on a stand still. The final Verdict: White Tiger on the prowl, all I can say is that the feeling of letting loose this White Tiger is exhilarating. Vroom mmm……. 7 secs from 0 to 100 k/h testing on a deserted road in “Ds mode” and 8 secs in “D mode”. Walla ….. like a rocket taking off with all the sonic boom and dust left behind. The car was farther taken to task on a very early Sunday morning along the North South highway, 2000rpm at 100 km/p and I decided to engage full throttle from 100km/p, it takes my breath away like the movie Top Gun, well the engine roar to life as call upon, taking Lancer from 100 to 140 km/p in 3 secs to 5,000 rpm before easing back to 100 km/p. This pussy cat might not be a looker for its model, but it outclass many nice looking car without having to pay 100k for the extra “G force”. Other Car Models performances, especially those not wanting to pay the For those who are car owners who are out to improve its performances, especially those not wanting to pay the price of a factory fitted GT, I recommend engaging his performances, especially those not wanting to pay the services as you will be saving more in the end then if you were to buy a performance car on your own for the first time and having to burnt a hole in your pocket. Forget Auto shop owners that promise you for a dealing and Trust for his service!”

Should be more careful while reversing & i hit the curb this early morning which damage my rear bumper. I tried calling a lot of workshop to do the repair today as i need to travel up north tomorrow morning. Most of them are close but fortunately, Frankie pick up my call & directed me to their purple flag workshop to look for one of his specialist Mr Lim on duty to assist me. I thought i will be slaughtered today but after hearing the assessment on my damaged,i am very surprised that their own specialist panel beater & spray painter quote is very reasonable too even on holiday. The best thing is that he even ensure me that i would be able to collect my car the same day today with a good job from his specialist even their workshop is packed then. While i was collecting my car,he also promise me that my repair portion is under their personal in house warranty. I am most please & happy with SBA 1 stop services, even on holiday,they really provide their best services & prices that i cant asked for. Installed the Simota Air Filter and VPM Spark Extension. After that, my car has more power compared to when I first took it out from the workshop. Yesterday, I was back at Sung Beng Auto just to service my Simota Air Filter and shopping a simple voltage stabilizer when Frankie told me about this Pivot-3Drive. I was kind a skeptical coz I took it that the first simple mode was enough for my car plus my Ministry of Home Affairs is going to kill me for spending more on modes, but then again, Frankie literally assured me that this Pivot 3Drive is going to unleash the beast in my car. He is even willing to let me have a no obligation free test first in my car before making that $$$ commitment. After 2 hours of installing 2pcof Pivot 3Drive, Frankie brought me out for a spin... Put it simply, he was RIGHT!!! My car was much lighter, powerful.. He briefed me of its functions (there's an Economy, Normal and Sports mode), drivability and stuff.. I immediately committed to the Pivot 3Drive and paid for it.. Funny thing was that when I left, Frankie did tell me NOT to speed... much later that night, tested the car and was playing corners (yes, and this is an SUV, mind you) in the western bit of Singapore... the Pivot 3Drive didn't disappoint me at sports mode, for an SUV for such a fast acceleration with great throttle response is simply unbelievable... my car was light, responsive and quick... my car literally roars!!! Gotta really thank Frankie of Sung Beng Auto and his mechanic for this... ;-))
