Engaged them for roof lining replacement via WhatsApp. They were prompt and professional. Costs was slightly higher than the other places I enquired at but theirs came with 3 years warranty. Came at 10 am and works were completed at 4pm. Their range of replacement lining is wide and I had a hard time choosing. Nonetheless they provided great advice. The quality of product was excellent excellent. The labour was tidy and proper. The only thing greater than their workmanship was their customer service. Their workshop location is very central and convenient with easy access to public transportation and food. My only gripe was the birds that pooped on my car while I was on my way to fetch my car. - azri zulfadli

My car had developed a water leak and there meticulous professional not only found and fixed the leak in shortest time but also tested and validated that it all works as expected, they also helped me to redo the roof lining as the water leak had stained. I was so impressed by the attention to detail and the clear concise information provided that last week i went back for leather car seat upholstery work. In 2020, had a torn in the driver seat (B200) with white leather upholstery. Dropped the car at 9am and picked up at 2pm on a Saturday. Only $180. Unprofessional! Sent for windscreen polishing to solve wiper judder problem. They used a polishing pad with some polishing cream and polish with hand. The wiper judder problem seems solved. But the polishing is uneven and stains on many parts of windscreen is still not removed, causing reflection at night, especially when it rain. WORST OF ALL, there are many round scratches on my windscreen now! I believed the polishing pad is dirty and scratched the windscreen during the polishing. I dare not return to demand for remedy. Worry it will only further worsen the problem. No choice but to send my car to my regular shop to remedy. However, the scratches may not be smoothened away. I had my old miata soft top replaced with 8 cushion. it was a sudden job and i didn't prepare the rain rail for my convertible. The shop owner offers me a free installation of the new rain rail after i ordered and shipped in after 2 weeks when the replacement job (labour and time) is like replacing a new soft top. Got my Tiguan's roof curtain installed elsewhere (won't mention here)and it dropped again in less than a year, roughly 11 months or so. Read good stuffs about 8cushion indeed they offered good services to me. Staffs are polite and price is fair though slightly more expensive than previous workshop.
