Bad experience with Autoplus, I sent my Kia Cerato for servicing. They keep pushing me to buy their package which I do not require and do not need. After the service, then noticed my aircon not cold anymore after I reached home. Had to go to my trusted ws to topup air con gas again, there was no leak, so it must be they had purposely released the air con gas when I did not take up their package. Please blacklist the black shop!

Pretty fast service all within 1 hour and got a free backpack from Castrol!

Dispite the industrial area, workmanship is superb and the customer lounge is cosy and still accessible to my office thru the email and internet service provided. Very good service from the new admin girl plus a new centre manager that is very experience and friendly dispite of his young age... totally amaze..... thumb up for Autoplus

They are situated in a chaotic industrial area - Kim Chuan Lane where lorries and trucks park and move in all directions. Getting there and out is somewhat stressful. Now about their service. The staff just went for lunch without washing my car after the servicing. I was asked to wait for another hour if I want them to clean it. They could have given me a $6 discount and ask me to go for manual car wash elsewhere. The saving grace is the cosy waiting lounge (with PCs, Internet Access, Magazines, Drinks) and to be fair their workmanship is like what mentioned here Thumbs up! However, after doing my 1K and 5K servicing, I am somewhat convince to shop for another workshop who appreciates my business better. So 3 stars to be fair to them from me.

i agree with u their workmanship is excellent. they makes my honda comes with a new look and the brands they carry for tyres are great.
