Went there to replace my BBK as recommended by a previous workshop owner. Labour charges agreed before going down.
When I was there, Vincent advised me to skim my rotors since they're used to avoid any vibrations (good advice from him!) and I agreed. The outlet was clean and neat. The office was well organized and having read positive reviews, I thought that I was ready to make this my regular workshop
When my car was ready for collection, I went down and made payment. I was shocked that I was made to pay extra for the transportation (rotors) and the price he quoted was for 1 rotors.
Here comes the best part, he said that I should be appreciative and pay for this little fees as he had to get his guys to send down the rotors and they were caught in a jam, missed their lunch just to rush to do my car.
I've already told him don't need to rush, I will leave the brakes for him to skim and when it's ready I will come down to install.
Vincent, all I asked was for you to be transparent with your price, I did not complain that your price was expensive, but you kept asking me not to compare your price with outside, since when did I even mentioned that you're expensive??? Feeling guilty overcharging your customer???
In fact, when your guy handled me the invoice, I read through, made the payment FIRST before coming to you for clarifications.
You can charge any amount you want and if the customer agrees, that's fine.
How can you even tell me that doing my car gave you high blood pressure and you even showed me your pills and asked your guys where's your medication.
Anyway thanks for fixing my brakes. They're working well.

Was recommended by a friend to C L Auto to respray my whole car. Met the boss, and gave specific instructions on the paint job. The sale staff followed up on the work and ensured that I can collect my car on time as requested. The spray paint was done beautifully according to what I had in mind, including repair of all the damage on the body, and I got back a showroom condition car. Overall very happy with the end result and will definitely return if I need any spray paint done.

The boss and sales staff are friendly and honest. I called them at 645pm on the sat evening when all the workshop are closing.... The sale staff is very helpful, and ask me to drop down for an assessment even though they are closing soon.... They offer me sound and neutral advices on repair. They are friendly even though I cannot use their service as they are not one of the workshop covered by my insurance policy, AHA.

very professional service and knowledgable.would recommend my friends to them.they spent a short amount of time doing my insuarance claim n let me use their car while waiting.friendly staff,reasonable price,cosy resting area upstairs with drinks and tidbits. The technicians really feel like they are helping me to understand my car more rather den trying to get me to change parts that i do not knw of.Very honest merchant who really knows their stuff.
