Had an accident and they were one of the authorised workshops that was nearest to the accident site. Went it with minimal expectations as they were unfamiliar but I was thoroughly surprised and impressed by their service. Right from the start, they explained the whole process, settled with the insurer, kept us regularly updated and gave us realistic expectations as to collection date. The workmanship was flawless and Jeremiah, their service staff who handled my case, was always accommodating, pleasant and patient. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an honest, reliable workshop. Am even considering switching to them for my regular servicing moving forward. Thank you Falcon Air and Jeremiah!

Excellent Customer Service at Falcon Air Tampines

I had an accident as Falcon Air was one of the authorised workshop and I went to the nearest one to my office which is their Pandan Loop branch. Their staff or boss Andy is very friendly and service definitely with a smile. The quality of the repairs is really good IMO since I had a similar repair by another workshop but the bonnet was a little crooked gap on one side bigger than the other. 4* out of 5 for this branch of Falcon Air!

Their services is wonderful and the staff attitude as well. I was there to do a windscreen claim and routine servicing for my vehicle. The lady was very patiently telling me what should i do and so on as due to the inexperience.
