I was sourcing around for a second hand Lancer and Justine showed me all the Lancers she had on hand. She was very patient and explained about the differences between each facelift. I went through two test drives and she was able to answer to all my queries. She even fetched the full service record of the car before I even decided to send the car for STA inspection.
Post sale, being the car newbie, I was always calling her up when I have issues with my car. She was on hand to provide all the contacts. She even went to the extend of checking on my car while I went on a vacation. Kudos to that.

I was not so sure if I really wanted to buy the Volvo XC90 from Justine at first. After a few rounds of SMS exchange and 2 rounds of test drive, she has given me the confidence which no other 2nd hand car dealer had. We are not looking for the cheapest car in the world but a car in good condition with a fair price. And we found the ideal one which suits our family's needs through Justine. Thanks Justine.

decided to purchase my first used car from KS Auto after experiencing fantastic service from the sales person - Justine. Had helped my friend to test drive their intended purchase. In comparison to the other used car company who gave loads of excuses when we queried during test-drive, Justine was able to address all our queries positively and of cos more importantly, the car by KS was more superior despite the similar age and costs with the other company.

With that good impression and also my own need to purchase..i had never thought of buying a 2nd hand car, given all the horror stories about it being a black mkt, etc - i decided to check to see if KS Auto had anything for me.

Found my Grandis which outwardly had an excellent condition, as usual, all questions answered, being the kiasu me..i asked if I could get my own mechanic to checkout the car before i purchase, we are talking abt five-figure $..needless to say, mechanic cleared car in mins. when i got my car, the DVD cldnt wrk, guess what, Justine arranged for me to go to the repair at no costs...this is service right? afterall, i already got my car...

now and then i do get requests to recommend, which I do, bt my frens know that there is no obligation cos it is a huge commitmt, Justine knows that too, and she never forces..

Bought my second car from this salesgirl, excellent service provided to me with no admin charge or whatever nonsense fee require by rubbish no-service 2nd hand dealers. All payment in black and white, good job!

Going extra mile to ensure that I fully understand the function of the newly install GPS, even pre-set my address into the gadget. Thumbs up and keep up the good work! I will definately come back to you if I'm changing my car :)

If you have problems after you bought your cars from them, they won't reply you for a long period of time. And then they will inform you it's not their problem.
