When my car was invlove in an accident , was towed to here to do repairs , took them 2 bloody months to fix up, while during replairs the makes a few of my car things spoilt, my speaker , my adusting coilover casa system, my big break kit and my gearbox. My big break kit they just bend the metal back where the oil flows to capilers ask them to retified it ah tiong say no problem can use de. Then my gear box i repeated told ah tiong only must use Mitsushibshi Diaqueen as my gear box is SST , he claim a gearbox specialist say that the volovo oil can use. Now my gearbox is spoilt the boss answer to me is go scrape the car he is not going to pay a single cent and the keep pushing away the problem say its not their problem. One more thing to take note their tech is so stupid , car cannot start thinking is the remote make me go down to pass then the keep for one bloody week cannot find out the problem. My workshop guy go down 30 mins settle the problem aready. Now i have to fork out the repairs out of my own pocket at least 6k. One more thing to take note the windscreen they also give me a crack one . Really losuly and shit services. Go to them at your own risk

Send in my car for rear bumper replacement with respray and panel beating in Jan 2014. Pricing is market rate but as the location is nearer my home so i chose them on pretext that they are authorized car ws for insurance company. Car interior was 'VERY' dirty upon collection and exterior looks okay on inspection.
Fuel cap area also not smooth after they worked on it.

Within 2 weeks, spotted a bump on the new bumper and some parts became uneven after collection and reverted to Tiong. Drove down and was told to go to his worker who blamed the bumper for mold problem then say is warping later. I changed bumper thrice and did not encounter this before and other similar bumpers also does not have this problem. They refused to do anything or touch up. Looked for Tiong who disappeared, then called him and he said went for early lunch and hang up the phone.
