Chanced upon Novox Marketing in this forum whilst searching for a reliable installer for solar film. Called Perumal for a quote and we agreed on a very reasonable price for the highest grade 'Gold Dust' film.

As I worked in the west, Perumal was willing to accommodate to my timing for the installation. I was a little apprehensive as I had my bad experiences with solar film installation for my previous rides. I was asking myself 'How can one person install the film for the entire car by himself???'

I'm glad I searched this forum and more glad that I had visited Novox. The film installation took a while, however, bearing in mind its a one-man show, Perumal really did an excellent job. Workmanship is 1st class and the product he recommended is really effective and no bullish*t. Took the car out this morning and afternoon with such hot weather and really felt a difference with the films! Even my gal said 'It works!'

Went back to him this evening asking for a polish to take away the tired paint job as my car is 17 years of age. He promptly took up the job and started working on the car… It was a very detailed polishing job I had ever seen. Painstakingly he worked on it, claying, buffing and polishing to bring the paint to its glossy state. And he took more about 4 hours to cover each and every section of the car. I had never seen anyone so dedicated with his work, especially in the car grooming industry. As a boss, he is hands-on and take pride in his work. He even removed the badges on my car, polished the surface underneath and put them back nicely in their places!

After a tiring evening, he continued to sticker the chrome parts of the doors frames. I can really tell he is an honest individual and able to deliver to one's highest expectations. I will strongly recommend his services to anyone who is crazy about his ride. As I am an owner who cannot tolerate a fine dirt on the car, Perumal is someone you should go to if you ever need an effective and reasonable priced tint, a polish and a wrap job! Keep it up bro!

I have done total of 6th solar film at Novox. Ya, 6th times in the last 8 years. High grade solar film, always super value for money and super fast service and I will also go back to him.

(Note: Films will come out looking slightly bubbly for a start but will flatten out swee swee within days... )

I did my solar film from novox 3 weeks ago, the price quoted was great and the service was fast. I would definitely recommend if your car need a new tint.

Went down to novox 3 weeks ago just do some small part only yes there attitude is GOOD the boss was very friendly chat a lot and nice to chat as well the staff very patience already put up the sticker and i said that's not the way i want no second words they take it down and redo it. Great service, great attitude. Chose Novox cos the reviews looked sincere n real. Perumal did the job himself tog with his nephew. Went to NOVOX to put 3M CF sticker for my dash. The panels around my aircon vents melted due to age, a common CS3 problem. Was quoted much higher elsewhere (VA). At NOVOX, I paid $50 lesser and they used 3M CF sticker.

Went there to install some carbon stickers as this workshop is quite highly rated for workmanship and price. Indeed it is as per describe as it is. Took effort in every details which I cannot think off like taking out old decals (not easy to take out) as pasting over it will have the decal shape after the work which I had to applaud. The craftsmanship is very good with no bubbles to report and ensured that winding down windows does not affect the door pillar carbon run out of shape. Very surprised that only 2 ppl inlcuding the boss, Perumal are executing the job and QC the quality of the job. Pricing wise is relatively cheap considering the workmanship and local pricing from other vendors. Managed to get a good deal by throwing some FOC carbon wrapping as well. Save me a trip to Malaysia to get roughly the same pricing. Of course pricing may not appeal to some if you are comparing to get it done at Malaysia. Maybe some room for improvements - Have nets transaction or credit card payments as not many ppl will have that much cash in the wallet like myself as I prefer electronic transaction, the carpark entry is very expensive especially if the work is very comprehensive and long hours that my cashcard does not have enough to deduct.....:( Conclusion - Excellent craftsmanship & competitive pricing, I would highly recommend all to review this workshop.

Just installed tinting for my Honda Civic(Blue) on 30th May 2011 at the shop. Fantastic workmanship, very detail and patience even though there were other cars that came in. Not to mention the boss(Perumal) did the whole job itself together wif his nephew, so u feel satisfied. A very warmth & friendly guy with a very satisfactory after sales service. Importantly the product is good and the price of a million smile! Got a real bargain from Perumal. Thumbs up!

Just had my car installed with his recommended solar film and it seems to work very well as i felt my car interior so much cooler than before. 10 tens THUMBS up for the BOSS!! he actually installed and cut the solar film himself. Great Job...

Dropped by today hoping to get a darker than legal tint. Novox pointed out that doing so would bring me some inconveniences given that my car needed to be inspected every year, something which totally did not occur to me. Thumbs up to him for his honesty. He actually cautioned me at the expense of losing a potential customer. Honest merchants are hard to come by nowadays. You won't be wrong using his services!

I decided to try the solar flims on my old altis after i see the reviews here and the boss was patient and explained to me all the differences in the costings. Though he was busy but took time to look at my car to assess it and gave his honest recommendation. His workman ship is good and detailed in their installation. He recommended the interior grooming which i hesitated because i want to save money but since it is CNY week, i decided to let him do it and when i saw it, it was a big difference! All dirt removed from all seats. My friends who sat in my ride could tell the difference though i did not tell them i did any interior grooming! Nice Guy and able to go the extra mile... never regret it.

Did interior grooming few days before CNY. Overall impression so-so. Foaming carpet cleaner used has a warning about allowing to dry as it was cancer causing. the so-called special equipment is no more than dry/wet vacuum; the dry vacuum condition was so bad until there was burning smell when turned on so the groomers relied only on dry/wet vacuum. although the guys are detailed, overall equipment condition & pricing were turn-off factors. I did it cos due to lack of time. They are better off doing tinting. I wouldn't recommend anyone to do grooming there. I would advise the shop owner to choose its products properly & please service your equipment. Lastly, don't tell ppl about your "special equipment" when you have none.
