I contacted Max to discuss the installation of the BlackVue dashcam and he has very prompt with his replies. I made several changes to the appointment date due to work schedule changes and he was very accommodating. He also recommended SIM cards for the LTE model based on customer feedback. On the day of the installation, Max patiently explained what I needed to install to meet my needs and he took the time to go through the different models of the external battery that I wanted. The team at the workshop were also very fast and they started on the installation the moment I parked my car. Their speed and expertise made it feel like an F1 pitstop. After installation, he sat with me and showed me the apps and how to navigate them, which settings most people use and what purposes they had. He also did the warranty for me. I felt he was very thorough and had great communication. The entire process was seamless and I'm very happy with both the service and the product.

Was using IRoad dashcam all these years. Got my
Blackvue DR750X-2CH Plus from Autotrend Enterprise after consultation and considerations. Resolutions are so much better with the new chipset for this "Plus" Model. User friendly to connect, change settings and download as compared to Iroad dashcam. Blackvue video format is universal with WiFi or cloud download, or direct micro SD card plug and play (unlike Iroad that needs Iroad software). Although Blackvue is priceier than the than the rest of the dashcam in the market, it is worth the investment. No regrets getting a Blackvue DR750X-2CH Plus (same price as the DR750X-2CH). Statisfied going to Autotrend Enterprise (in Toa Payoh Industrial Park). Easy to locate and free parking. Good communications with the staff named Max on the product and price. I got it with free installation. Max was patience and professional in explaining on the operating instructions. Product was well installed and its working fine 🙂.

I went to Autotrend Enterprise at Toa Payoh Industrial Park to install blackvue car camera. After the installation, I realised that my rear mirror is damaged and it can't be adjusted upwards. Upon inspection, the catch insider the holder of the rear mirror is damaged. The mechanics insisted that he didn't touch the rear mirror when installing the camera. I have to bear the cost of replacing the rear mirror out of my own pocket. I would like to share this incident for others to be careful when installing car camera at this store. I went for lunch and didn't witness the whole installation process. I would strongly advise you to stay throughout the whole process to witness the installation to avoid the unfortunate incident which I have experienced.

On the positive side, the sale person, Max, who served me has very good technical expertise of the blackvue car camera. His customer service is good.

Went to uninstall my audio as selling off my car, his men damaged my boot auto opening and he insisted I damaged it. He not only charge me for the repairing of boot but also a lousy old 2nd head unit. Be careful when dealing with the boss, negotiate your prices properly before you go.

Went over to Autotrend at Toa Payoh to check what was going on with the reverse sensor on my car. Asked the boss for a run through diagnostic of the reverse sensors and without even checking or going into my vehicle he immediately asked me to change a whole set of reverse sensor and buzzer. After some insistence he reluctantly agreed and asked one of his men to check, turns out only the left reverse sensor was faulty. The boss later charged me $60 for one new sensor, with a blank receipt with no product code. Will not go back again.

Went to Autotrend, which is near my home, told Darren what I wanted and get a quote. Make an appointment an hour later and his technician installed Power Magic Pro and route cables within 1.5 hours. His technician is very expert on the wirings and did the job very professionally. Car camera functions very well after installation. Price is not on the lowest side but I have no hesitation to recommend this excellent service to the rest.

Made a appointment for installation of car alarm. Works were completed in time as promised and also carried out a check on my speakers which was rectified in minutes. The technical expertise is definitely there and staff are able to explain all the features of the installed items. Good job. Keep it up!

Went to autotrend. I didn't see the good service provided by the staff. I was there in the show room for a couple of mins and no one attended to me. I saw a guy and he just see me and walk pass me without even asking what would i want. I think its kind of unacceptable kind of customer attitude. I even look at that guy and smile at him but simply just walk off thinking I am transparent. Seeing this kind of attitude, i decided to go off. Lousy customer service.

Darren and his team helped me with the following, installing of TPMS, fixed up 3rd party cabin LEDs, remedy cabin LED problems. Professionally done and labour costs are very reasonable. I've confidence that they can fix up almost anything.

Fixed my Wish accessories such as Garson grip and scuff plate and they did an excellent job. Darren and the guys there are good. Will be going there again to upgrade my HU as the service is excellent. Thanks again darren and guys.

I had been with Darren at Autotrend for nearly 10 years for 6 cars and i will be going there soon as Im collecting my 7th car due in Sep 08. Need I say any more?
