This review is after my 2 visits to Vision.

First visit was due to brake pedal washer issue. Decided to DIY and gave myself a premature pat on the back. Overnight DIY washer disintegrated i.E. Brake light was on for a day and battery drained. At a loss and decided to cold call Bruce (boss). He patiently directed me to a contact for battery replacement, who was willing to travel all the way to the northeast on a Saturday afternoon. Thereafter, headed to Vision for brake pedal washer to be fixed. Efficient, in and out in less than 15 minutes.

Second visit was due to a flat front left tyre. Headed to Vision when realised tyre flat after parking, thank goodness was able to make it to down without any damage. Again, in and out in less than 15 minutes, flat tyre was able to be salvaged at minimal cost. Was also offered some street advice in the event I run into a flat tyre in future.

Highly recommended, Vision.

I was referred by a friend of mine to this Vision Garage car workshop. As a lady driver myself, I really don't know much about this Kia Forte I am driving. So, for me, I usually will never look under my bonnet after each car servicing has done. My friend told me they are good and therefore I shall give it a try as I am staying in woodlands and travel up all the way to Kaki Bukit to look for this so call wonderful workshop.

Recently I send in my Kia Forte for Servicing with Vision Garage. My mileage is more then 80k km. Was instructed to look for this nice person name Bruce. Indeed, a nice person for sure. Aside from just a servicing need to be carry out, I actually told him about I am facing high fuel consumption problem and the car is not smooth. First thing he at my wheel which I am on 17 inch and pointed out that I am using wrong tire size. Well, I was thinking, I just had them replaced couples of week back and how come they are wrong size? Bruce was very patience to explains it to me very detail even on that day I can see there are quite a lot of cars for him to handle.

We also went for test drive on my car and he pointed the same feeling as what I felt.

Goes back to the shop and he get his mechanic to straight away work on my car. I was recommended to do a so called major servicing as due to my mileage is more then 80,000km. So, as he is an expert. I have no doubt trusting what ever he want to do with my car. They also found out that my car engine oil was over filled. So Bruce told me that this could also due to the reason why my car is no smooth and feeling heavy aside from that wrong size tires.

As for the Engine oil, Bruce recommended me to start up with him with a more budget oil. The brand is Liquid gold. So as I have said, I ain't know nothing about such. I have no issue what ever he recommended.

In total, they took about 2 hours plus to complete the entire servicing, shine my engine and my tires. Wow.. my engine looks like I have just got my car from the agent. Very impressive.

Well, this major servicing cost me not cheap. But I am very satisfied with the way they handle my car. Lastly, I told Bruce what can he do about my tires. He keep emphasis that they are still new and want me to drive with it first till it wear out more.

Well, I am thinking.. since I was conned on using wrong tire size. Why should I continue to run with it that will contributed to my fuel economy? So i decided to request Bruce to help me get it replaced with the correct size.

Bruce keep shaking his head and smile, looking at this size 225-55 on my Kia Forte. So, after my insisted, he replace with 215-45.

After the whole job done. Again Bruce test drove the car together with me driving with him at the side. Wow... I can felt me car is so lively and powerful.

I really have to give these guys a big thanks for solving and taking car of my car. Now my car is so smooth and I regain my fuel economy. After that serviced with Vision Garage, I begin to equipped with Simple knowledge on how to check my engine oil, engine water and much more.

Bruce is a very nice guys. Thought out the entire service, he has been putting on smile, chit chatting with his customers and provide knowledge to us.

people out there. Go try this Vision Garage, You won't regret with they services. But if you are look for cheap stuff. Sorry I don't they are suitable for you. For me, I am going for quality then cheap service. I learn my lesson from cheap services and cheap things. Now I refer pay for a reasonable price with quality services.

went to try out their FK massimo engine oil and can say i m very impressed with them. the workers and staff v knowledgeable and slowly explained to me the questions i posed to them even though i don't know much. price not cheapest but at least i get my every cents worth. overall good good experience.

Just had my honda fit do up a major service at vision garage with their popular FK massimo engine oil.

Well, what I can said. This people there are really friendly, experience and also.... importantly.. like to joke. heehee.

I have been going around different car workshops as recommanded by forums and fb. But my friend intro me to vision, so i decided to try them out. Really no doubt... they are wonderful people. I actually test them out to ask them replace my spark plugs which I had recently just changed it. After the mechanic took out the spark plugs, he can simply tell me that my plugs just change only and still able to use. I am thinking... wtf!! like that also can tell even my plugs are already abit dark already. the mechanic keep insist that I don't have to change the spark plugs and can last for another 1 or 2 servicing. I am... okay... ! Great job guys. You guys are really experience.

The next best part is... while waiting for my car to be really... I can't imagine I really fall asleep. This place is really so windy and cosy that I can just sit on that chair and felt asleep.

Seriously... for those who driving japan and korea cars. you should go look for them. No doubt they are not the cheapest, but I surely can tell you that they are good and patient. I am going to stick with them for my future car maintenances. I am going to tell all my friends and relative to go vision and get their cars maintenance by them.
