I found their service online as I needed roadforce balancing service to be done on my car. While the price is a bit on the high side, but the workshop manager do not hard sell and they are very transparent on the pricing which is commendable.

The best of the whole experience which take the cake for me was the excellent service rendered to me by Ken and his colleague (can't remember his name). They went beyond the extra miles to ensure that the 2 of my best rims are fitted to the front while 2 of the inferior rims which I had was fitted to the back, all done without having me to ask for it. The dedication they have shown while doing their job is also second to none.

The entire workshop is extremely clean and tidy and the latest machinery they have are in tip top condition. Definitely one of the best condition workshop I have seen in Singapore. All in all, I would recommend you give them a try.

Bought a second hand car and it had the sticker of Ricardo at its boot so i guess the previous owner serviced the car here. Called up Ricardo for full Major servicing and was quoted a reasonable price. Was also informed that the car was maintained by them and mileage was genuine.

The workshop manager Henry was very friendly accommodating to my appointment request. During the period my car was there he regularly updated me of the progress of servicing and the various checks of the car. I am glad that the car is in good hands.

The workshop was clean, everything was neatly arranged. More than enough space for customers to walk without any hazards. There is also a nice aircon reception cum waiting room. Very nicely done up and looks good.

Will definitely return for my next servicing.

Have done previous 2 servicing with my IS250...service is very good and the best thing is very prompt, no need to wait for very long. Did my spray painting with them as well as last year langga. Also change my alternator with them. I think they specialize in toyota and lexus. The price is very reasonable, be it parts or servicing. Previously I go to Borneo to check if anything wrong then I go to Ricardo and the price difference is like more than 50%! Plu the waiting time at Borneo is easily 2-3 times longer. For booking you can look for Grace, she's very patient and experienced. The chief mechanic ah Ang is also damm experience and friendly. Highly recommended!!!

Through the recommendation of a friend, I went to there this afternoon as my front passenger door lock was spoilt. The lead mechanic Ang attended to me and fixed it on the spot! He didn't even want to charge me anything at all. I will definetly go back there again (touch wood) for any other problems with my car. An honest and reliable workshop.
