Started with my pre-purchase inspection to regular servicing.

They do mainly continental cars and exotics sometimes. Services other brands as well. No hard sell and do only whatever that is necessary at reasonable price. Helps that they have Xentry to diagnose as well.

Have a mini aircon lounge to sit down and work or chill. Do follow up with them on the progress as they can get a bit busy :)

Having good customer experience at technic for my SLK, i decide to let technic replace the conrod bearing on my M3. Only took them 3 days for the major job. Collected my car last week and test driven.

Very happy with the results. Will recommend bmw friends to come.

Warranty in place too!

Did the group purchase with other members on conrod bearing replacement, The engine ran well and smoother now. No more paranoid thinking my engine gonna grenade anytime anymore. Changed the engine mounting and change the oil at the same time. The total costs is 30% Cheaper than my usual workshop. Highly recommend menghua

I purchased an Old M5 v10 model and been very annoyed by the conrod bearing issues. Been sourcing around for someone who can complete the task and yet not slaughter me like a lamb. With friend recommendation, I finally step foot here.

Honestly, not impressive setup like munich or MBM. It was decently setup with around 6 hoists with one mechanic and a mini lounge.

After speaking to benghwa, I decided to let them do the work.

I am writing this review now after few months of driving and I must say I m impressed by the experience of their BMW specialist. Not fancy or overly hyped but I can say they do it very well with no complains from me. Price is surprisingly reasonable for the standard I receive.

Was referred to Technic by friends in Sgmercsg. First time here did some check and boss didnt hardsell or charge any money for some diagnostic service. Subsequently visits ah hwa will render his advise patiently and give transparent price and no hard sell.

Today went to repair my roof leak, his price was very reasonable and job neatly done within time.

After service still give me a callback to check on the repair.

These guys were good once upon a time. Now they have a lot of regulars and cannot be bothered with people who aren't.

Ah Hwa is still sort of friendly but his attitude is clearly the can't be bothered type. They know continental cars to some extent but there are far better options available. They are also extremely expensive and have no concept of time management. A regular service can get drawn out over hours.

Terrible experience overall and one I would only wish on my worst enemies.

I came to this workshop to de-kit my BMW F30 on recommendation of a friend, Ah Hwa, the boss was very friendly and accommodating to my schedule. His rates are very reasonable!

His workers are very hardworking and efficient! I'm also very pleased at their technical expertise to remove complicated modifications on my ride. Great work to the team for doing an excellent job! I will definitely return again and recommend others to come!

Wasted my time going to this workshop thinking they're continental 'experts'.

Job done is half past 6. Attitude is bochup with no attention to detail. A company that relies on its fixed regulars otherwise would go under in months.

Poor service standard and simply incompetent at times.

Not only would I never go back to this shop, I would actively dissuade all my friends from going there. Even C&C is better than these guys which is a very low benchmark.
