I have been going to ARC twice, once is my own fault, second bring another car owner there who rear me. Both experience are great, honest, do a great jobs without cutting corners.

1st case, I reverse into a pillar accidentally. Crack bumper and both my right rear light! I tried to bought my own light and bring there but in the end I didn't cos the price of the light Raymond quote me is much reasonable! Happily accept the quote and get it done. When I collect the car, the worker uncle told me my damage side reverse sensor was actually not working! Now I know why I accidentally reverse into the pillar and my friend who sit in the car when that happen also wonder why there's no constant beep before I hit the pillar. Guess what, he already replace that faulty sensor without additional charge!

2nd case, I got rear end lightly but my bumper already crack and both side slightly deform till both light pop out. Need to repair bumper and knock back slight deform. Bring the other driver over as agree 2 days later, he was quoted same standard as I was quoted previously. On top, to make sure me (old customer) didn't play punk and double claim the driver who rear end me, he suggest the driver to fill up settlement form! I gladly agree to put my name in as I am not going to double claim him just want to fix it back. This shows the honesty of ARC/Raymond!

This is a highly recommended repair workshop. Had an accident and did some search on the authorized workshops for Direct Asia. Came across many other workshops but all of them had many bad comments. Saw ARC, but there wasn't any comments about them. Took a bet and went to them. From the first step, i was already impressed. They were noting like what i read about other workshop.

I was well greeted by Raymond. And brought through the steps and advised the proceedings. And he also listen well to my issues. After that i was told that the works would take about two weeks. But in a couple of days, he called back to inform what the insurance company had instructed and told me that i could collect my car within a week. And just as promised the car was ready within a week. They did had some electrical issues that wasn't solved. After checking with the surveyor i was asked to send back the car and all was done in one working day.

Nice Manager, Nice workmanship. Young and understanding people. Friendly and service orientated. And if all of these falls in one place, it only means the boss is doing his business right.
