Ah Hwa would claim he charges reasonably and help us save costs. But problems would occur again and again despite repairing my car with him . The costs were not cheap , often amounting to 4 digit each repair . Finally , out of exasperation, I decided to send my car to another mechanic . Then he told me ah Hwa has not replaced my parts with new ones !

I hate to disappoint the ones that wrote a great review for Best Maintenance Workshop. But I have to do this for the better of other BMW owners. I was referred to Ah Hwa about 9 months ago, by a close friend, whom was also using his service. I guess everything would start out well in the beginning as this is the time Ah Hwa needs to impress us and gain our trust. But recently I have noticed that after fixing one problem, another problem pops up a few days or weeks later. And some of these problems are related to the same problem that Ah Hwa had fixed just not too long ago. I start to wonder whether I am dealing with an honest mechanic. My chance to put this relationship to a test when 2 days ago a "Drivetrain" Signal showed up on my dashboard and my car lost power. I drove it immediately to Ah Hwa, whom advice me to replace the engine pressure switch. Ah Hwa told me to leave my car at his workshop and to drive his car to Eng Soon to purchase the part (SGD 98.00). I took a picture of the new part before handing it to Ah Hwa, not letting him knew I did it. Within 2 minutes from the time I handed over the part to Ah Hwa, he told me that the replacement was completed. I intentionally went on the phone iwth my daughter and didn't witness the change. But common sense will tell us how is it possible for a component to be changed in 2 minutes. When I got my car back, I realized that the replaced component was not the one that I handed to Ah Hwa and it looked old. When confronted, Ah Hwa told me that his staff had replaced it by mistake with an old one. How could it be that he took the new part from e, gave it to his staff and got it changed, all within a few minutes? I realized that while driving his car to Eng Soon to purchase a new part, Ah Hwa could already changed the old part onto my car. Nothing can be worse that a mechainic asking you to buy a new part, keep it, replace an old one for you and selling the very same new part to another customer, whom are not aware of what is going on. I have receipt and pictures of the of the new part that I bought. So i am not slandering this workshop. I just want my fellow car owners to be wary of such a workshop that exists in our community.

Got to know this workshop through a friend.

1) Extremely professional

2) Can ONLY see BMW! What does that tells you? BMW GURU!

3) Solve then Pay...

4) No oversell!

5) ONLY recommend ORIGINAL parts, NO OEM! Good!

6) All his team members are well manner verse with BMW cars, AMAZING!

7) My ONLY PLACE for BMW!

Recently i had a bad experience sending my BMW for repair at this workshop. Very disappointed with the owner's (Ah Hwa) attitude. My car has a gearbox problem with signal appeared on the dashboard. My friend who is also mechanic knowing Ah Hwa has helped to diagnosis the fault error code and send to him before i go to Ah Hwa's workshop. He refused to repair my car by claiming that the error code is not trusted and is not diagnosised by him. My friend requested to talk to Ah Hwa on my phone. I passed my phone to Ah Hwa but he just keep quiet and do not want to take the call. He did not even say a word, just looking at his mobile. I think this is really unprofessional. Being a workshop owner, please treat your customer with respect. Even if you do not wish to take the phone call, please say so. By giving a no-look face just goes on to show his arrogance and did not respect customer. I am very disappointed with him. I end up repairing my car at another friend recommended workshop. The so called "Best Maintenance Workshop" Could be good in maintenance work, not very BAD on customer service. I will not go back again.

Recently, sent down my BMW 5series to this workshop through a friend referral.

The boss name: Ah Hwa, very friendly and honest.

He explains and checks all my engine leakage cause and problem without fails. All heresaid was correct and true cos I did have 3rd parties assessment before went down to his workshop.

I should said he is pro and delicated to his customers. His motto of running workshop is to ensure all his customers get the best value of their spent without regret.

Hence, really give me a deep impression of him where hardly can find such businessman now in the Singapore workshop.

Apparent, I decide to award my car to his workshop repair. Very well promising work done, reasonable price and value added service given where hardly benefit from other workshop.

Good choice for BMW Fan and owner.

Kudos to Ah Hwa and wishes every success in your business!
