My first time renting car with said company, and it is super last min. Nevertheless Hariz provide good details and availability car that left and secure my booking eventho theres still people booking after me. First come serve basis i believed. This is the first time i rented a car from Car Worldz and was attended by Hariz. He is friendly and easily contacted throughout the entire rental process. Good rental company to approach. Excellent service provided from Hariz, fast in his replies and understanding with my multiple demands. Very responsive and service with a smile throughout my conversations with him. Car provided is in very good condition with no problems throughout. Price was very reasonable for rental during CNY period. It was my 2nd time renting from them. Will definitely contact Hariz again for car rentals. - Barry Yang

Great rental experience that other car rental companies need to follow. Was served by Hariz. Friendly, helpful and responsive during pre and post rental. He handles enquiries and instructions clear and well too. Car given was in good condition and does not give any issues throughout the rental period. Already had in mind to book another few sessions. Siblings and friends are also interested to rent from Carz world. - ErMan Zaini
