I duly give this car rental company good ratings for many remarkable reasons but i just name a few for anyone looking for a car. I rented a car or two for more than a year from this company from 2022-2023 Firstly, the person in charge of operations, Travis, is a responsible and responsive person. He replies text messages fast and always remembers requests made. Once he agrees to help you on something, he does it. If he is too busy and you feel your issue delayed, just remind him and he'll deal with it. Secondly, the cars are quite good. I rented a mazda 2 permanently, tried the vios, civic and mitsubishi during my rented car servicing or repairs. All good and road worthy condition. In addition, customers are welcomed to exchange for any cars if dissatisfied with the current. Last but not least, the price is always right. I am a regular customer of Ride Now. I like how Travis is flexible and handle things very efficiently. Even if they don't have the car I want specifically, he will find a replacement and make arrangements for me to get my ideal car. Their mechanics are also very on the ball, they listen to my feedback and actually maintain the cars according to my complaints! Very different from other car rentals where they ignore and say "still can drive la". Even during this Covid season, I had to return my car temporarily but they were also not sour about it, they understood my plight and we both compromised. This is why I will always go back to them. UPS LAH THIS TRAVIS SEAH! rented a car in February for a month expecting 30 days but only after I collected the car I then realised that Feb has 29 days in the working calendar hence, not a full 1 month rental, -1 day short & when I contacted Travis to enquire about it, he gladly extended my rental For Free an extra day just so I can have my full 30day experience!
