Car being provided is in excellent condition as advertised! I am a very OCD customer in terms of the condition of the car, and Shan never failed to response to my request, may it be a warning light for bulb fuse, replacement / repair was done within 3 working days. Compared to my other long term lease experience, where such minor fault will be ignored, but Shan is very sincere and customer oriented Like what he said, his price might not be the cheapest but his service and quality of the car is definitely the best, which i totally agreed! - Lionel ANG, Rented BMW 523I SKM37--R
