Fresh Cars Pte Ltd is one of the best and reccomended car rental company that I've known. Fast and swift transaction. Affordable prices offered. Staffs are well equipped with related knowledge. One of the experiences that I had with one of the staff Mr Jun Jie was extremely beyond expected. Mr Jun Jie understand what his customer needs. Always there to assist when in need. Please guys, no regrets. If you need a rental car be it for PHV purposes or private use.. You can DM them and enquire. Will definitely recommend to my other friends. Good job Fresh Cars..Keep up the best service rendered.

After you get over that the rental agency is in an industrial compound, ie you are after all renting a car, not having a 5 star dinner, the service I received from Leslie was top notch. Very responsive with any and all questions and even gave us a ride to MRT station upon drop off. The cars are offered at a great price so don’t expect much with the quality of the car. I was looking to book a weekend car for my wedding (to be used as my wedding car) and amongst all the car rental companies I contacted, Fresh Cars was my top choice. It was sales person Leslie's friendliness, responsiveness and great recommendations that gave me the confidence to book with Fresh Cars. He also went through with me all the contingency plans and gave me great advice in case of emergencies. Apart from the great service, the rates are wallet-friendly as well! The car looks new and clean at the point of pick up. After decorating it at my florist, it was perfect for my wedding as seen in the photo. Alvin from Fresh car is amazing! He is efficient and will respond to every queries. Alvin has been patient with all my questions from the day I started asking for car to rent. He was polite and explained to me all the details. Their workshop is also ever ready to help you if there are any hiccups with the car. Thank you Fresh Car for this 1 month of rental to me! Best place to rent a car. The company really takes good car of their cars and at the same time, they cherish the wellbeing of the customer. All wear and tear are settled by the company and if you have any issues, they respond quickly to your calls and messages. Wonderful place to rent a car. Really, trust me i know. Rented a car with Fresh Cars and the overall experience was very pleasant. I initially got a Toyota Corolla Altis on a three month lease. The car unfortunately had some issues but JunJie was on hand, very responsive and helped to replace it with an Avante right away which was quite comfortable. Rented a mazda 3 from fresh cars. Staff Junjie was very helpful throughout the process. From arranging the pick up till the return. He also explained clearly the procedures to do in case of accident puncture and stuffs like that. Company also not pushy with regards to payments on time. Had a very good experience with Fresh Car especially when being served by Leslie. He is very helpful and kind in answering all my questions and doubts. Fresh Cars have not disappointed me in all aspects of a car rental company. Their sales person Mr Jun Jie has been the ever present person to go to anytime & for anything. Even after office hours.
