Nice family car but uninspiring design `

I test drove the Seat Toledo about 2 months ago. The drive is fairly smooth but unremarkable. Sound insulation is not perfect but passable. Interior design is acceptable but for the more discerning individuals, would feel it's very unremarkable and fairly uninspiring - lots of plastic with dated design. I guess people who buy this car are those who like to be different as I cannot fathom why they would pay about 103k for it considering the other options available in the market.

Test drove a Toledo 1.2 TSI M Petrol model `

Test drove the Petrol version with a manual transmission. I was comparing this car to Japanese and Korean rivals at that price range. The idea of a lower road tax and the strong accelaration from this turbocharged 1.2 TSI mated to a Manual gearbox appeals to me. If you are looking for a entry level car with punchy engine but also easy on wallet, good looking, frugal, without too much gimmicks like HUD.Etc, something simple and sturdy, this is the car for you. Or if you are looking for a good alternative to VW Polo look no further!

Affordable car with decent amount of space `

The Toledo is a great car for someone like me who isn't into the whole aesthetic thingy. I look for practical and affordable options. And the Toledo has definitely delivered in that department. It has quite a bit of boot space and room in the rear. Plus, this car won't burn a hole in your pocket. That's a win in my book. Anyone else notice it's named after Vin Diesel's character in Fast and Furious? Don't think he would get this car though.
