This is one of the best vehicles I have seen and driven. Size-wise, it is bigger than Toyota Alphard. I have some reserve when it come to China-made vehicle, but after driving it for a while now, I find that it drove really well.
So all the negativity of Chinese vehicles flew right out the window.
Driven it in Malaysia and Singapore. Would definitely recommend people to buy one.
What I like
- Size
- Luxury
- Handle really well.
- Versatile
- Excellent price for a vehicle of such capability.
What I do not like
- The engine still lacked of power a bit, feel a bit of hesitant when starting the vehicle, but when it reaches its speed, then everything is okay.
- some of the parts in the front panel are hard plastic, looked cheap, but doesn't really matter for its price.

Captains chairs on second row, brown leather everywhere, 2.0 T engine. The space is immense even with the third row up, it has 2500 litres. No direct competitors i would say. Perhaps caddy maxi? Toyota voxy, noah, esquire? All these cannot measure up to the sheer size of the g10. Although made in china, should try out before brushing it away.If you like driving boats, or cruises, u may like this maxus because the steering wheel is around the same as those in ships. As in feedback, feel, reponse. Indeed pretty comfy with five-link suspension at the rear, should try it out but a nono for me as my office is near chinatown square and the MSCP height limit 1.8m. TThis monster cannnot enter
What I like
Space, comfort, sufficient power for this big car.
Power sliding doors and tailgate for flagship variant at 124k, if standard/luxury variant is 114k. Cheap for big car
What I do not like
Build quality is pure trash, all compartment no damping no nothing, cnetre console lid so flimsy that sales exec though spoil LOL.Its true!!
Doors sound flimsy, lots of road noise, wind noise, engine noise
Drinks fuel like MAD. Test drive unit on 5.8km/L. NO IDEA HOW????

The $95k starting price is deceiving as its for a weekend car. Opt for the normal car and you'll end up topping up an extra $30k. For $135k starting price, you would rather opt for a proven Japanese car.
What I like
Space
Sun roof
What I do not like
Pricing
Not proven chinese made car
