This argument has long becoming stale. You do not need to put a price on COE to control congestion. People change car resulted in high COE nowadays?. This is all due to the way it is being structured.... Read more

Sounds good but I think in reality, Singapore has enough of "RICH" people to buy cars, look at the number of bidders be it 90k COE or 60k COE...would it goes sky high until even the RICH cannot afford... Read more

Hey If you have the cash in hand use it for migration to any other country. Definitely better quality life! Screwed the COE! You can afford better housing and drive your dream cars!

Look like will be high up. Think will go down during 2014 or 2018 where the COE low during 2004 & 2008 many ppl will scrap their car after that 10 yrs. So is suppose COE will drop ard there.
