For automotive fans who wants a white Christmas, it may not be too late after all. A white 1986 Ferrari Testarossa, which the owner claims to be one of two cars used in the movie Miami Vice, has been put up on auction website eBay at a price of US$1.75 million (approximately S$2.31 million).
The seller claims that he bought it around three years ago. Before that, it changed hands in 1991 and was left in a garage in Miami for years, so it only had 16,000 miles (approximately 25,749km) on the clock.
It was said that the original Testarossas used in the movie were in Carbon Black, but Director Michael Mann had them painted white because the cameras couldn't keep up with the cars at night.
