The new Camry cuts an elegant figure with its breathtakingly beautiful silhouette. Its large trapezoidal front grille cuts a stately figure and the chrome surround with sleek lines provide a touch of finesse. The newly designed HID headlamps in the 2.0-litre and 2.5-litre variants emulate a strong presence on the roads.
The spacious cabin is synonymous with unrivalled comfort. Ample ventilation is also assured, thanks to the built-in fan in the seats and backrest, keeping the driver and front passenger cool and refreshed thorough the ride.
For convenience, two-position memory settings are available for the eight-way power-adjustable driver's seat and exterior mirrors. The Camry Hybrid's power rear seats can also be reclined and adjusted for the preferred position.
The new Camry 2.0-litre and 2.5-litre are the first models in the Toyota lineup that come installed with the newly developed 7.0-inch InTouch Telematics infotainment system, to enable drivers to stay connected on the roads. With the system's new Air Gesture capability, drivers can also easily access a wide range of multimedia features and answer an incoming call.
The new 4.2-inch full colour High Definition (HD) Multi Information Display, a standard in all variants, indicates key driver information such as cruise control, speed, average fuel consumption and even the distance between the vehicle and an obstacle when turning a corner.
Toyota has taken its technology to the next level by incorporating the new VVT-iW (Wide) technology, the highly precise D-4S fuel injection technology and Atkinson Cycle System in the Camry 2.0-litre, to ensure better fuel efficiency while delivering class-leading performance.
In the Camry Hybrid, the blind spot monitor system uses the millimeter wave radar sensors to detect vehicle that are travelling in the vehicle's blind spot, helping the driver to confirm safety when changing lanes. When in reverse, the Rear Cross Traffic Alert (RCTA) in the Camry Hybrid is activated and its radar sensors detect other vehicles approaching from the right and left of the car, alerting the driver of the other vehicle's existence through the flashing of rear view mirror indicators and sounding of a buzzer.
