Straight out from its award-winning Thinkware Dash Cam series, global IT corporation Thinkware is launching the compact and robust Thinkware Dash Cam F770 at its Singapore Dealer Conference 2016. Thinkware will also be showcasing other products within the Thinkware Dash Cam series including X550, X350, X330 and F50, at the conference at Marina Bay Sands, Singapore.
Within its sleek and compact design, the Dash Cam F770 is equipped with Thinkware's latest technology functions, including 'Super Night Vision' that enhances video clarity in low-light conditions or darkness, and 'Time Lapse Photography' that embraces improved video storage methods on parking mode.
'Super Night Vision', which is optimised for dark parking environments, delivers up to 10 times higher brightness than existing products, featuring a new image signal processing technology and a realtime video processing function. The 'Time Lapse Photography', recording continuously instead of motion and impact detection at parking mode, can record 15 times longer than the existing continuous recording mode.
Taking advantage of Thinkware's latest technology, the F770 is also equipped with 'Advanced Driving Assistance System' (ADAS), which assures driver's safety and convenience with numerous driver alerts. The Lane Departure Warning System (LDWS) alerts drivers when drifting out of a lane and the Front Collision Warning System (FCWS) advises drivers on when to brake by calculating the speed of your vehicle and the vehicle in front in real time.
With a built-in GPS antenna, the F770 embeds speed, time and location data to the recorded videos to give you all the information you may need and the Dual Save technology allows you to save recorded footage in both the micro SD memory card and the last event in the built-in internal memory. This safeguards the camera against the loss of data in the aftermath of a severe collision if the memory card is damaged and the Dual Save Technology guarantees a backup copy of the video in the internal memory. The built-in Wi-Fi also enables you to easily control, manage and configure the settings of your dash cam via your IOS or Android smartphone.
In addition, the Thinkware Dash Cam X550 has similar functions as the F770 with regards to the 'Super Night Vision' as well as the ADAS. The X550 also has a 2.7-inch display to review camera footage and settings.
Equipped with 1080p Full HD cameras, Ambarella chipsets, advanced video clear technology and Sony CMOS Image Sensors, the X330, X350 and F50 also feature Safety Camera Alerts when connected to the external GPS antenna. In partnership with award-winning camera alert specialist, Cyclops, it provides drivers regularly updated information on verified speed/red light camera locations and known mobile speed traps. The X350 and X330 also feature a 2.7-inch display for reviewing camera footage and setting, and the X350 has built-in Wi-Fi.
Thinkware CEO Heung Bok Lee stated, "We are delighted to be holding in The Dealer Conference 2016 and are confident that Singapore consumers will love the new dash cams we have introduced. The Asian market is now seeing the necessity for dash cams, and we are confident Thinkware Dash Cam F770 will prove to be extremely popular with general consumers and the commercial vehicle market."
