Novitec has taken the 4.3-litre V8 engine in the Ferrari California and increased its supercharger boost pressure to 0.4 bar. This has resulted in a 166bhp increase in horsepower, with the car now putting out 606bhp, and able to sprint from 0-100km/h in 3.8 seconds. Top speed is now 325km/h, while torque has been increased from 485Nm to 603Nm.
The supercharger system includes a crank-driven supercharger, water-to-air intercooler, bigger injectors, and a unique intake manifold, while the Novitec stainless steel exhaust system has a butterfly mechanism that allows owners to tune the exhaust note appropriately.
Novitec has also given the California a body kit that includes a front spoiler, rocker panels, rear boot spoiler, and rear diffuser. The suspension setup has also been upgraded, with a button-operated hydraulic lift system to raise or lower the car by up to 40mm. The standard suspension has been lowered by 35mm as well.
