The LF-A Special Edition will be available in four colours, Black, Matte Black, Whitest White or Orange. There is also a new rear spoiler made from CFRP (carbon fibre reinforced polymer) to help with the aerodynamics.

Power has been increased from 560bhp to 570bhp through a mild tweaking of its ECU, and the suspension is what Lexus calls "high-power-only". The LF-A Special Edition’s wheels will be fitted with high performance tyres to help get the power to the ground.

Lexus has also recalibrated the LF-A’s transmission for quicker shifts. While the standard LF-A can shift gears in 0.2 seconds, the LF-A Special Edition can swap cogs in 0.15 seconds. Lexus has not revealed any pricing details for the LF-A Special Edition.
