Honda Fit Shuttle goes on sale in Japan
20 Jun 2011|9,706 views
The Fit Shuttle is a mini-MPV based on the Fit hatchback, and retains the Fit’s five-seater layout. However, the Fit Shuttle is longer and taller, which results in more legroom for rear passengers, as well as increased luggage capacity.
The Fit Shuttle is offered with a choice of two engines. The first is powered by 1.5-litre i-VTEC four-cylinder petrol engine, while the other option is a hybrid version, with a 1.3-litre petrol engine mated to a 10kW electric motor for propulsion.
The Fit Shuttle Hybrid is available only with front-wheel-drive and a CVT transmission, while the standard 1.5-litre petrol version can be had with either front-wheel-drive and a CVT, or four-wheel-drive and a 5-speed automatic gearbox.
