BMW 135i to get Performance Edition package in the US

The Performance Edition package for the 135i will include a Stage 1 power kit, which will increase the car’s power by 20bhp and torque by 43Nm. This brings the total power output of the car’s 3.0-litre inline-six engine to 322bhp.
Other modifications that will be added to the 135i Performance Edition package include black kidney grilles and Performance Edition badging. Like the 335i Performance Edition, the 135i Performance Edition package is expected to be made available to existing owners who have a standard 135i with a Sport/M Sport package.
The 135i Performance Edition package will be available for purchase to US buyers starting in August, and is expected to cost around US$550 to fit to existing cars, the same as the 335i Performance Edition package.
