Mercedes-AMG will offer a limited special trim christened, Edition 1, for the recently announced A 45 AMG hot hatch during the car's first year on the market. The Edition 1 contains some custom styling touches, while providing most of the optional equipment at a more affordable pricing.
The A 45 AMG is finished in a 'Cirrus White' and gets matt graphite grey sports stripes on the bonnet, roof and sides. A standard aerodynamics package adds a rear wing, extra flics on the front apron and a larger front splitter.
Inducing an added dose of sportiness will be the red highlights on the mirror, front grille, brake callipers and the rear wing. The car wears black 19-inch wheels with a red centre cap.
Black and red continue to dominate the interior, which contains 'AMG Performance seats' in ARTICO man-made leather and DINAMICA microfiber. The same material also covers the top side of the dashboard.
