An excavator has overturned in Novena Ville and efforts are underway to rescue its driver. The machine has fallen into a ditch at the construction site of a four-storey residential and commercial building.
The Straits Times reported that officers from the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) were on site since 10:30am, and is trying to rescue the trapped driver using an onsite excavator and hydraulic equipments.
