This Pioneer FH-P8000BT is an excellent way to bring home all of the features of a luxury sound system, for an economical price. It is definitely a perfect choice for my daily driven 2010 Honda Fit. The finish is awesome and complements the OEM look of the rest of the interior. The HD radio is clear and was simple to install. What I appreciate and love the most is the hands free phone talking. The quality of the sound was fabulous and is easy to modify with the equalizer. I enjoy having the multiple options for tuning my system's sound, display, and play functions. This might be complicated for some users but for me, I love it. This is definitely a high quality sound system for this reasonable price.

There's no button to memory station.

After doing my research, i decided to go with this unit. Being an iphone user, the features to connect to my phone is one of the priority. It allows you to play the music from your iphone & make phone calls through Bluetooth.

I need a while to figure out some of the menu, need to go through the manual.

The biggest pro for me is the sound. My stock speakers sounded good with the factory head unit, however they blast like brand new high end speakers with the Pioneer. A close second is the feature set; the iPod integration is the best that I saw in any unit, and it sure beats the axillary input mod kit that I was running beforehand. The sound from the iPod is great. Also keep in mind that it has a USB input, not an iPod input. Plug in an external hard drive or thumb drive and you're good to go, too. The addition of the Bluetooth connectivity was a major selling point, and it delivers a great convenience that I would really miss now that I'm used to it. I can leave my phone out of reach and I can still answer it if it rings. However, the biggest con is the user interface- it does take a bit to learn the ins and outs, but once you do, very few times is it a bother. The pros VASTLY outweigh the cons, and the price is far below what I would expect for a unit with this feature set. iPod, Bluetooth, CD, HD & Satellite Radio ready - there really aren't any features left for you to want! I purchased it with the wiring harness and the dash kit for my 2005 Mazda3 and it looks quite nice.

What I like
The blasting sound quality, the amazing connectivity through satellite and bluetooth, and also its great features!

What I do not like
Quite difficult to get hands on this unit!

The screen is clear and very high-res when playing DVD movies or movies from the USB drive, and the audio quality is good. I can pair my iPhone 4s and play music via the connector cable with no problems, and the audio quality is good. I was surprised to find out that I could play music from my iPhone via bluetooth, and I was even more surprised when the music quality is good! The audio when playing the radio or CDs is better now.

Connects to my iPhone seamlessly and even makes the audio from it sound better. The screen is clear and easy to read, and the interface for using my iPhone music library is easy to use. It also functions as a handsfree calling device for my iPhone via bluetooth, and it works well. The mic on it is good and clear. However, some functions are hard to use and I need to read the manual to see how it works. Despite that, I like this unit as is makes any audio put through it sound great, and it looks sleek in my car.

I always liked Pioneer products so when I wanted an upgrade for the stock headunit, I picked a Pioneer. I really enjoy this model. It comes with all the standard functions and has ipod compatibility. The sound is also very good from this headunit and there are alot of settings that I can fiddle around with for even better sound. Best part is, it links to my iphone seamlessly via bluetooth so I can receive and even make calls. Navigating thru my phonebook is really easy, and there's even preset call options. Very worth the high price tag!
