I always go for road trip up north. Every once in a while I charge them with the CTEK charger and test the batteries with this tool. This analyzer is amazing. It tells you if you need to charge it, afterwhich, it will give an indication if it is good or a need to be replaced. You just need to input the rating of your battery and then it will test it.

What I like
This tester accurately analyzed the condition for my batteries quickly and easily.

What I do not like
The only negative is that it is only for 12V batteries.

Review
CTEK Battery Analyzer is easy to use, with onscreen instructions. It provides fast and accurate check on battery's condition and present voltage and advises what action is required from it. It does not heat up easily unlike other battery analyzers. The price is reasonable for what it offers, I highly recommend this product to motorists who maintain their vehicles regularly.

I am stunned by how different CTEK's datalogger and another cheap brand's datalogger show way different results. I had at first used my uncle's datalogger which was an unnamed brand, and the results show that my battery was still at an optimum level. But I have noticed symptoms of battery deterioration through my rides; signal lights blink unnaturally, dashboard lights aren't bright etc. I then borrowed my friend's CTEK Battery Analyzer, which was then again tested on my battery. And the results were now true to the symptoms; my battery needs servicing! I realized how accurate this datalogger will be for me in the future, and proceeded to get a unit for myself!

What I like
Provides accurate results!

What I do not like
Redundant to buy it for most, it isn't a necessity.
