Car and cab crashed into plants at Clemenceau

An accident between a Comfort taxi and a Honda yesterday morning ended with both vehicles crashing into plants fronting apartments along Clemenceau Avenue North towards Newton Circus, reported The Straits Times.
The Straits Times understands that the impact of the collision caused both vehicles to careen to the other side of the road.
The Singapore Civil Defence Force deployed an ambulance to the scene and the taxi driver, 33, was taken to Tan Tock Seng Hospital. He was conscious, but had a swelling on his forehead and a strained neck.
The car driver escaped without any injures.
