Peugeot E-3008 sees commercial success in Europe

Peugeot has announced that the new E-3008 has already seen success, with over 50,000 orders already recorded for the car, just two months after it first went on sale in Europe.
The car was first launched in March 2024 in France before heading to major European markets in May 2024. Peugeot states that 25% of orders have been for the all-electric variant, a figure which the firm claims is above the segment average. Peugeot additionally adds that the majority of orders have been for the high-end 'GT' variant.
Designed, developed, and manufactured in Sochaux, France, the new crossover now adopts a fastback-inspired rear, and is said to embody French technological excellence.
The Peugeot E-3008 is currently available with three powertrains including a 207bhp all-electric variant, a 134bhp mild hybrid, and a 192bhp plug-in hybrid. The firm offers its Allure Care programme across its entire range of electric passenger vehicles, providing customers with a comprehensive vehicle warranty coverage for up to eight years/160,000km.
The Peugeot E-3008 is also set to get a 316bhp all-electric dual motor variant as well as a 227bhp long range variant which will offer a range of 680km.
