- Do I need to register before attending the event?Yes, all guests are required to register before entering the event space. This helps us manage crowd flow, ensure safety, and provide a smoother experience for everyone. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email with QR code, which you must show at the entrance to gain access.
- Is the event registration free?Yes, registration for the event is completely free. Simply register via this form to gain entry. There are no charges for attending or participating in the event activities unless otherwise stated.
- How do I register for the event?Simply fill in your details and submit the form here. You may register for up to 4 tickets per order. Once completed, you'll receive a confirmation email with QR code(s). You may also access your ticket(s) immediately via the "Take me to my tickets" button on the success page. Please present and let our staff scan the QR code at the entrance upon arrival.
- Can I enter the event without registering?Walk-ins are still encouraged to register prior to the event to secure their slot. However, if you have not registered in advance, you can register on the spot at the venue.
- Can I bring friends or family under one registration?Yes. Each registration allows up to 4 tickets per order. Upon successful checkout, you will receive 4 QR codes, which can be used for entry by your friends or family members. Please present and let our staff scan the QR codes at the entrance for entry.
- Are there any on-site activities included in my ticket?Yes. Each order number is entitled to one game card, which allows you to participate in the on-site activities and stand a chance to win exclusive prizes. Sgcarmart reserves the right to make the final decision on all matters relating to the conduct of on-site activities.
