- When does the Giveaway end?The giveaway ends on 26 April 2026. Winners will be notified by WhatsApp on 1 May 2026 and must confirm acceptance of prize within 24 hours, or a replacement winner may be selected. The Organiser may amend the giveaway period without notice.
- I selected my preferred prize. Does that guarantee I'll get it?No, selecting a preferred prize only indicates your choice. It does not guarantee allocation. CDGE reserves the right to assign prizes based on availability.

- What is the validity period for the free services?Winners must redeem their Silver Servicing Package or Air-con Treatment within six months from the date of issue.
- What does the Silver Servicing Package include?The Silver Servicing Package includes replacement of engine oil (up to 4L of Mobil Super 3000 XE3 5W-30), genuine oil filter and drain plug washer, cleaning of air filter, along with a comprehensive inspection of key components. Winners will also enjoy a complimentary premium car wash, interior vacuum, tyre shine, tyre rotation and balancing.
- What does the 2-in-1 Air-con Treatment include?The 2-in-1 Air-con Treatment includes air-con evaporator cleaning, which removes mould, bacteria, and odours from the evaporator, and a highly effective anti-bacteria treatment that eliminates viruses and bacteria in the air.
- I didn't win. Can I still enjoy CDGE's services?Yes! All participants who do not win the giveaway will still be eligible for an exclusive discounted rate on SPARK Car Care's Silver Servicing Package.
