Terms for Voting & Reviews

Please read these Terms before voting and/or submitting a review. By submitting your vote/review, you agree to these conditions.
  1. Who Can Participate
    • Open to Singapore residents aged 18 and above.
    • Employees of Sgcarmart and related partners are not eligible to participate.
  2. How Voting Works
    • Vote through the official Sgcarmart Car of the Year voting page within the stated voting period.
    • One voting submission per person. Duplicate or suspicious entries may be removed.
    • Only cars and categories listed on the voting page are eligible.
  3. How Submitting Review Works
    • Reviews can be submitted through the official Sgcarmart Car of the Year page within the eligibility period.
    • Reviews may be submitted for multiple nominated cars.
    • All submitted reviews will be consolidated at the close of the voting period and will be evaluated by the Judging Panel to determine the "Best Review Write-up".
      • Accuracy and relevancy
      • Fairness and objectivity
      • Depth of insight
      • Originality
  4. Mechanics for "Guess the Most Number of Correct Winning Cars"
    • All voters will be automatically qualified to enter.
    • The person which the most correct votes out of the total number of categories (once tallied together with the Judging Panel scoring) will be declared the winner.
    • In the case of multiple individuals with the same score, a random draw will be conducted to determine the winner.
  5. Qualifying Period
    • The qualifying period for voting and review submissions is from 23/11/2025 to 18/12/2025.
    • All winners will be announced and notified from 23/12/2025.
  6. Prizes
    • By voting, you will be entered into the prize draw.
    • Winners will be contacted via email using the details provided and will be required to verify their identity. If unreachable within 7 days, a new winner may be selected.
    • Winners will be informed of prize collection details.
    • Prizes are non-exchangeable.
  7. Fair Use & Conduct
    • Please vote honestly and do not attempt to manipulate the results.
    • The Organiser may disqualify anyone who violates these Terms or interferes with the voting process.
  8. Use of Your Information
    • Personal details submitted may be used to:
      • verify your entry,
      • contact winners, and
      • send updates about the campaign.
    • Your data will be handled according to Sgcarmart's Privacy Policy.
  9. Rights & Content
    • Any review or comment submitted may be used by Sgcarmart for marketing or editorial purposes.
  10. Liability
    • Sgcarmart is not responsible for technical issues, lost entries, or any damage arising from participation or use of prizes.
  11. Decisions & Changes
    • All decisions by Sgcarmart about the Car of the Year voting and prize draws are final.
    • Any disputes in relation to these Terms and Conditions shall be referred to the Organiser.
    • The Organiser may change or end the campaign at any time.
  12. Governing Law
    • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
    • Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted as granting any third party the right to enforce or assign any provision of these Terms.
