Rendall is the Boss. He knows what he is talking and no wasting time here. As many who knows him is that He is down to earth. I send my Audi Q5 white few days ago. Not only he did a clean job and the team also spotted a few imperfection on my paint job. So they advice me to go back to the Audi Premium and ask them to correct it.Which I did. Today I went to Groomerslab again and without hesitation they finished the job for me. Rendall choose to do 2 cars a day so his team can fully concentrate on the polishing. Rendall also can remember most of his customers name. I think every penny here is definitely worth. I will recommend friends without hesitation too. Well done rendall and teams. Thank you.

Already after 2 weeks and very satisfied with the results of the detailing. Still looks as shining as new. Very professional works done by the team in a relatively clean environment. Detail explaination by Rendall on the detailing items and how to maintain the car in the best condition for the longest period. Definitely will recommend ppl for this program. Thanks

Decided to go with Groomers Lab for my new Mazda 3 after comparing between various paint protection offered from different companies.

Booked an appointment with boss Rendall on 8 June in advance so that I can send my new Mazda 3 to him straight away after collection on the same day.

When I collect back my car from them in the evening, the car was much more shiny compared to this morning when I collect it from the showroom. I didn't expect a grey car can be so shiny!

Boss Rendall took his time explaining to me his products and teach me how to maintain the car after the coating despite it was already 8pm. His staffs were also friendly.

It has been 13 days since I did my Mazda 3 with Groomers Lab. So far so good with the shine, water beading and washing. Water beading is so good that I can drive in the light rain without switching on the wipers.

Overall experience and workmanship with them was excellent. No regrets for choosing Groomers Lab. Will highly recommend anyone that is interested to do paint protection to Groomers Lab.

Went for PPS Platinum Package with Rendall back in early Feb'16. Rendall and team are extremely approachable and are more than willing to take the time to explain everything you want to know about PPS. They did a great job ensuring that my car was streak-free and water stain free, and the coating applied made my ride looking good still till this day (almost 4 months now).

I also wash my car on my own so washing the car now is much easier for sure, as you watch the water and dirt "Slide off" The car easily.

I got into an accident a few weeks ago and Rendall even made the effort to recoat my replacement parts at an extremely minimal cost.

Thumbs up and keep up the good work guys!

Have just done the glass coating on my new ride with GroomersLab. Very satisfied with the results. Spoke to person in charge, Rendall Chee, he is a friendly and customer oriented person who will ensure his customers get the best experiences in engaging their services. The price quoted to me was reasonable and their workmanship superb. Nothing I can ask more for. Thumbs Up.

Rendall and his staff have displayed and shared great knowledge about paint protection using PPS compared to the rest.

He is very patient to explain the details about PPS and how to maintain the car after PPS.

The visit was really pleasant as his shop is easy to find and has a cosy aircon waiting lounge with free flow of drinks.

Workmanship is great, and he does offers after sales maintenance and service. This proved that he is not looking for a one-time hit and run business.

I will urge all to consider Groomers Lab's service when comes to paint protection.

Spent a long time looking for a good PPS before deciding to settle for Rendall. Before I collected my car, I already heard much about Groomers lab and the excellent service that Rendall and his team provided.
Went for my appointment today and I was not disappointed!
Rendall explained to me on the extra touch ups which were not included in the package and was not pushy at all.
Came back few hours later and found my car nicely done up!
Hope Rendall and his team can keep up the good work and continue their superb service!

Was looking around for paint protection and chanced upon the reviews given by past users of Groomers Lab. Also msg Rendall with queries on my ride, was given prompt replies.

Car now looks much shinier than when it was first handed over. All watermarks on the glass removed, and Rendall even helped removed a black stain off the alloy rims that I hadn't initially noticed.

All in all, patient, comprehensive and quality service. Thumbs up!

I collected my car 3 weeks ago and sent it straight to Rendall for the PPS coating. I must say the service was awesome! His staffs were friendly and Rendall himself takes care of talking to the customer individually. I appreciate the passion that he has in cars and is willing to explain his products and even how to take care of the vehicle after the coating.

He and his folks even stayed beyond closing hours to finish my job as I was a little late in my appointment. I was completely blown away at the result on the day itself.

3 weeks on, I washed my car on my own for the first time in many years of patronizing the petrol kiosks. And i wash my car in accordance to his instruction - use water and spray then wipe it dry. Oh boy, I haven't washed my car with such ease before!

The result after the washing is that the car is as good as 3 weeks ago! I hope that the shine will continue for months and years to come.

Went to do paint protection at groomers lab about a week ago.

Overall experience was fantastic.
Boss Rendall was very knowledgeable, approachable and patience.

His staff was very knowledgeable and skillful.
Can felt their passion to make your car looks better than showroom standard.

They will explained to you what they need to do to your car,so that you can reassure your is in good hand.
Just stay in the office, enjoy your cup of coffee and enjoy the view of your car being pampered.

Till today my car still sparkles. Only did 1 wash with water only. Never been so easy to wash car in my previous experience.

Well done. Boss Rendall and his team.

I have used various polishing, waxing and protection vendors the last 12 years on 3 cars. It has been hit and miss and most of the time. My current ride was done up just about a month ago and one of the reasons I came here is the sheer number of great reviews and feedback on SGCarMart and Facebook, the power of the internet and social media.

I signed up for the Platinum Plus package and I have to say that I am most impressed by the product that Randall uses. It is really excellent value. I don't wash my own car and the most that I do is to remove unsightly bird poo, which is extremely easy one you have applied the paint protection. The coating and protection is still pretty much intact, and more importantly, the shine on the car is still there.

Randall is not pushy and extremely patient in explaining the details of the product, and in providing tips for maintaining the paintwork on your own.

Another plus is the comfortable customer lounge, which has a nice coffee machine now. I will be back soon to try the coffee.

Its about 1 month since i did my toyota harrier with Rendall/Groomers Lab.

So far washing has been real easy and water beading is fantastic. No regrets doing wit Groomers Lab. I got a minor scuff mark which i went back to them and they just help me to wipe me off. Thumbs up for their excellent service.

Will recommend anyone that is interested in PPS to do with Groomers Lab

Had my car worked on by Groomerslab with their Platinum Plus Package. I had chosen them purely because of proximity to my workplace. I was pleasantly surprised by what the service I received at the Lab.

Speaking to the Boss Rendall, it's clear the Lab takes pride in their work. When dropping off and collecting my vehicle, Rendall was there to explain what the procedure would be like. He was patient and professional in his explanation. Upon collection, he also provided a succinct 20 minutes lecture on how one should take care of their car, and what ensures a good, long-lasting finish. For those with short term memory, he then hands you a blue envelope which conveniently summarises whatever he said. There is no hard-selling about returning to them for a maintenance, which is rare in the car industry.

The end result is a given because of this dedication and professional expertise. I am pleased with the gloss that has been restored on 1.5 yr Auris, which is not old but slightly beat up due to the roads I travel on, and the fact that my home and workplace parking is not sheltered.

Thank you Rendall and team for a fuss-free and enjoyable experience at Groomerslab. My hope is that you will continue to provide such dedication and expertise to your customers, even as you grow.
