I had recently installed plug n play Essato package in my X3 G01. After talking to Ted briefly I have decided to install Esatto Comado CO-D6 DSP Esatto Unser sear Subwoofer Esatto Front n Rear speakers + tweeters Through the process, Ted was very approachable and very willing to explain the different brands of products and why he recommend Esatto package. The outcome was very good and I went back to Ted for fine tuning and is very pleased with it. I first installed my in car camera with Autoimage 8 years ago now I am back to them for ICE. Great service. They will try to understand what type of music you like and your budget before recommending any ICE. Feel free to audition different speakers before deciding on what is suitable for you. Ended up with a pair of Italian speakers that has good mid range. This is my 6th visit to Autoimage since 2011. As always, I left the shop with a smiley face after installing Esatto Comado CO-S62 and DSP for my ride. The workmanship is fantastic, they dismantling the doors, dashboards and seats carefully without leaving any scratch or stains. They are not pushy with their products, only recommending the ones based on my preference and type of music that I listen to. After the installation is done, Ted took over the tuning and you can clearly see that he takes pride in his work. There were a few times he asked his guys to re-wire the cables as he is not satisfied with the results even thou i am fine with it. His expectations of himself and his team is top-notch and you can be assure that your ride is in good hands.

Visited Autoimage and Ted was there to let me try out and feel their Esatto Product. After trying many songs, i decided to try out at other shops but in the end, i decided to get the Esatto Comado CO-S62 Component speakers and tweeters, Rispetto RO-PS69 sub-woofer, Comado CO-D6 DSP and later on upgraded to the Passione Argento AT-D6 DSP from Autoimage. The final sound effect was amazing for my small car (Honda FIT) Firstly the bluetooth connection can totally bypass my head unit and play using my iphone or android phone without any interruption. Vocal, instruments, bass were amazing and consistent through out from the speakers and tweeters. if i want to use my head unit to play, it is still possible as the DSP is also connected to the head unit. the outcome is also fantastic. i was able to get high quality songs burn into CD and play on it. I can also connect my phone using iphone cable to the head unit and play as well. The sub-woofer which i was worry about the size and whether it can be fitted below my driver seat was quickly diminished as Ted and his staffs show me how it is fitted nicely. Sub-woofer also pack a punch for its size. really good for small cars. Lastly, Ted and his team were able to meet my budget and installation was done in less than half a day and he updated me when it was ready for collection. Great service throughout. Have been with Autoimage for at least 8 years now, and they have never failed to deliver. This time, they have outdid themselves! Felt that my setup was getting too small to hide in the passenger seat, so decided to upgrade to new sets of amps and shift my entire setup to the boot. Approached Ted and his team to handle it. Ted patiently explained what was needed and what items can be kept or needed to change. So ended up with a full Esatto Rispetto. Had to leafve my car at the shop for a few days as Ted and his team needed a few days to customize my rear boot for my setup. I requested to keep my spare tyre at the same time not to lose out too much in my boot space. So a lot of though had to be put into the design of it. He would update his progress every evening. He could only do the customization in the evenings/nights as it needed a lot of thought and work, which could not be done in the day as there are streams of customers coming in at all times. His team was also very professional and handled all equipment with great care. The final product was fantastic and was beyond my expectation. After some tuning, my systems sounds even better than before (pls see my review on Esatto Rispetto amps). Great job Autoimage. Would definitely recommend anyone who wants to have an upgrade on audio to visit him.
