Attend to your car issues and servicing needs sincerely and able to understand customer needs. When informed of car issues they are able to determine what may have cause the car issue and recommend you cost saving solution. For claim wise, they are familiar with what you described and able to draw out the conclusion on claim advices. They promptly answer your questions and check with you on what your options are. Due to an accident recently, I had the pleasure of being serviced by Eric Sin whom has provided excellent servicing and detailed explanation of the entire repair and claims process throughout the time I was at the service centre. As a novice to accident repairs, it was great that Eric had the attitude and knowledge to help answer any questions and provide a regular update on the status of my vehicle throughout the repair period. He also tried his best to get my car ready and did multiple QC checks before releasing my car to me in its best condition. our vehicle was hit by a truck recently. I met agent, Elaine, from Vin's. She is very patient to give guidance on follow up and direction to her workshop. when I arrive, replacement vehicle was also ready and she handled all paperwork for me professionally. She also showed extra care to check on our wellbeing and advice of the follow up with medical check if necessary. Workshop is very professional to explain the repair and warrant of repair to me. Had a fantastic experience at Vin's Automotive. Especially thankful for Raymond and team's help and assistance on my case. Met with a hit and run case late last year. Despite being pessimistic about the case myself, Raymond was suggesting about the ways to go about with this and advising on the proper channel to go about making the best of my situation. Was fortunate enough that we ended up making this claim go through and am really happy with the end result of the repairs done to my car. Not only was it done within a couple of days, but I receive my car in shining and polished condition. My car now looks brand new ! Thank you to Raymond and his team!

I was being served by him on Tuesday 16 Jan 2024 9am, for the repair of a dented door and fresh coat of paint sprayed. It was an excellent conversation with him with assurance of his knowledge of expertise that will definitely bring up Vin's Motor to the next level. Keep it Up, Mr. Raymond Teo. My car met with a traffic accident . After much deliberation, I went to Vins Motor because it was my insurance panel workshop. I was attended by claim executive Ms Elaine . Elaine was very helpful and attentive while we made the traffic accident report. she also advised me to report to the relevant authorities. My car was repaired within a week. Accidents don't always happen and when they do, some drivers are at a lost as to what they need to do. From beginning to end, VINS provided a one-stop service that took care of the problem. The end result of the repairs were amazing and as a driver, I did not feel inconvenienced at all - the replacement care more than compensated for this. I was served by Elaine who did a great job. I was involved in an accident and I was at a loss of what I should do cause my car was not drivable. Did some research while waiting by the road and Vin’s came up as they had many good reviews. I dropped a call to them and they arranged for a tow truck to tow my car to their centre. Elaine was assigned to my case and I was tremendously pleased with the how she handled the whole matter. She was knowledgeable and guided me on the whole process and documentation. I was given a replacement vehicle on the spot. 10/10 will recommend Elaine as she was very prompt and patient in attending to my queries. My car got hit at the rear during an accident so i went to my insurance panel list and Vins motor came up first due to the good reviews.

Elaine who was our car handler helped us very well with all our paper work, coordinating and even helped us expedite our car repair by almost a week! She was so helpful and very responsive when we asked for updates, and made sure everything was handled well before handing us the car back. I would recommend Vins motor and Elaine for their service, responsiveness and most importantly, repairing your car. Thank you Vins and Elaine!!

Took my car in after a small accident. Was served by Elaine who took AMAZING care of me. Handled all the paperwork with no stress. Organised a comfortable replacement car. Decided to get car serviced with them while repairing the vehicle. Also changed battery and tyres (cost was reasonable). They even kindly extended FREE 1st time servicing costs. On top of that I returned the car with a full tank (had taken it with a quarter tank) and they refunded the overage in full. Can't recommend them enough. Well done to Elaine and her team. Insurance claim. Other workshop cant even provide a quote for my insurer to authorise the repair but this shop can. At least, the repair gets going. When I highlight repair taking little too long, workshop provide a short term car for a couple of days at no extra cost. Old car but can move around still not too bad. Best experience of all is customer service Elaine. Very responsive since day 1 booked in car. She doesn't ignore my message even when on leave. Went there to do my accident reporting on a Saturday , was serve by a young lady call Elaine, she explained clearly the process of claim and I on my way to do my own stuff. Left my car there for a few days and had my car taken care of, Elaine then ensure the car is properly handed-over . Few weeks later she follow up on her work to ensure everything is fine .
