I was a long time customer of this company. Rented a Toyota Altis from them 6 months ago to drive for UBER and grab. Before renting, I have been sourcing around for quite some time. Came across their "Special promotion" Of $399 weekly for the Altis and decided to give it a try. Overall other than normal routine servicing and tyre change, the car has not fail me. Unfortunately, due to some personal issue, I have to stop driving for UBER and have to return the vehicle. Deposit was refunded to me promtly as car was return in good condition. Thank you guys.

Rented a car from the Eastern Branch at Geylang. Rental period was for one month for GRAB purpose and was made to pay $500 deposit. We were on the way to the company happily to collect our deposit on 10th Mar 2017 after fulfilling one month contract. Technician Lee came to inspect the car, who did a through check including touching the bottom parts of the car and accused us of scratch and dent on the car. We informed him that the previous technician who handed us the car did a very quick check, did not kneel down to check the bottom parts of the car and we ourselves had to point out to him certain areas of dents and scratches that he missed out. At that point, we also enquired why the car had so many dents and scratches, he informed that the car had previously went into accident. With this on our mind, we trusted them n drove the car away. Technician Lee refused to buy whatever we were stating. We also asked what if they don't repair the dent and scratch after making us pay as the car had already numerous dents and scratches. Technician Lee bluntly said that "Oh that's our problem." The salesperson Carol and Technician Lee refused to return us our deposit and hold us responsible for the damages. They informed that we have to pay a total of $550 which is inclusive of the repairs and loss of rental income for Fri to Sun. We were forced to top up $50 as we had a $500 deposit. After sharing this with our friends who had experience with car rentals we realised that we were deceived of our money. On the day itself, we called Carol requested for an invoice from the workshop to quote the repair amount instead of Lee quoting us an amount. The manager who refused to name herself, snatched the phone and started to speak very rudely and attacked us personally. She threatened us that if the workshop quotes us more than $500 can we even pay. We informed her that we did not cause the dent and scratch that we were charged unreasonably. She became more rude and told us that we are not the only customers and she has been in this line for so long. We asked her why we had to also pay for the loss of rental income and it was never stated in the contract. She repeatedly said it is in the contract but when asked which part of the contract she was not able to give us a answer. She even went on to say "Don't you have common sense that you have to pay?" And "You read the contract, you dont know english is it?!". We were very fustrated and informed her that we are going to complain against her and she said "Complain la" And hanged down the phone. We want an answer from the management for the unjustified payment, our deposit and atrocious behaviour from your staff.

Pick up car and return is simple and efficient. The technician who inspect the car is thorough and detailed for external areas and marked out all spots.

Very understanding crew and operator whom try to accommodate even tho im slightly late (15min) in returning the car due to heavy traffic.

Will return to rent when in need of a car.

This is my 3rd time to rent a car from Asia Express car Rental within 10 months, and also the last time. Has been trusted their honesty and good service in the past, but not today during my returned of their car. Has been accused of bottom right bumper scratch which I didn't noticed of, and don't even has a chance to proof for the carelessness of previous technician.

Asia Express car Rental - Aljunied Branch, the S$80 I paid for the scratch doesn't mean I admit it, I paid for it because I learn a lesson for not trusting your company, and it is the customer fault who didn't knee or lay down to inspect thoroughly the bottom parts of the car.

With such a rude attitude against customer from your technician, you are losing my next car rental for this coming Christmas, and Chinese New year period.

Booked a car with them at the Aljunied office. Took a train to Aljunied MRT and their office is just right across the overhead bridge (This is the first plus point). Upon reaching the office, I was suprised that the staff knows my name by just telling them what car I am renting although this is my first time renting from them (this is the second plus point). T&C was briefed to me in details (third plus point) and the guys checked thru the car together with me and mark down any scratches together without rush (fourth plus point). Although the car was close to 7 years old, it was still in very good condition (fifth plus point). Definetly will recommend to anyone looking to rent a decent car.

This is the second time I rented from them and my 2nd review. Still the same pleasant experience. They have many new cars and models compare to a year ago. Still the same friendly faces around. Would definitely go back for a third time.

Collected a car from the Geylang pick up point. TnC was explain to me clearly and a check was done before key was handed to me. Returned the vehicle and same guy check through the vehicle. Simple and clear process. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a rental.

Was asked to leave a review for them. So here it goes. Called them up to book a car over the weekend and was recommended a Toyota Axio. Upon collection, was told that the car was brand new. Treat it as a bonus for me. Car was indeed brand new with no scratches or dents. Still have the new car smell. Highly recommended to anyone who are looking for good condition vehicles.

This is my second time renting from them. Rented a BMW cabriolet for my big day. Car is clean and surprisingly looks new. Was told that this car was mostly use only for weddings that's why still looks new. Paid $100 extra for them to collect the car from my hotel. Overall still the cheapest BMW cabriolet I can find in the market. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a wedding car!
