A must go place for BMW/ Porsche servicing/ repair. My 730Li and Porsche Cayman n Boxster are all done by them. Won't carrot and prompt service. So fair so good for me.

do servicing for japanese car still ok.europe car still long way to go n the worker sit on ur car din put any cover to cover ur seat.

Lousy service. Unprofessional skills. Changed solenoid by them for my BMW about 1 year plus, got transmission problems a few days back, called them, told them my problem, say they will check my records. Waited 2 days no call back. Today went to another workshop, the mechanic checked & told me, must change solenoid......I told him I changed mine 1year plus ago. He showed me the photos of my solenoid & new solenoid from packaging. A set of 1 year plus solenoid shldnt look that much different. So wat happened at 2277 when they were to change my solenoid? If they have change, why do I still have transmission problems & need to change solenoid? And why no one from 2277 call me back after I told them my problems? Let's think abt it.

My two cars are serviced by them and in Good hand. In my opinion they are technical well trained and they will explain the problems to you clearly. Now they had expand to two workshops to cater for more cars and their efficiency has not dropped.

As for the cost I found it reasonable as compare to other workshop.

Still i would prefer if there are Free drinks provide for the customer and also free car wash.

Sent my ride for servicing after recommended by a friend's friend. Whole servicing experience was pleasant with nice waiting area. Service Tech will explain what is wrong with the car and will provide quotation for the service. Not pushy. Overall servicing is value for money but no car wash accompanied with the servicing.
