Seamless and flexible. It was my first long term lease and there wasn’t any problems. Car was in perfect condition. Customer service was always there when needed. (Especially you Joyce!) Was looking for a car leasing company and chanced upon Skyway Motor. Was attended by Joyce and she shown me what the Company has to offer. Service was excellent and I am glad to have taken up contract with them. The car was relatively new when I leased from them, having only registered 2 weeks before. The leasing fee was also economical and slightly lower than other competitors but what triumphed for Skyway is the pristine condition of their cars and the excellent service of their agents. Am very satisfied with the service rendered by Joyce. A pleasant, patient and helpful staff. She knows her product well and takes time to explain and answer all my queries (a first timer renting a vehicle for phv use). Appreciate her going the extra mile by taking the initiative to update the information in my Grab and Gojek app as I am not a tech savvy person. She is also very responsive with after sales service. I had an issue with the insurance coverage for grab delivery service and she followed up and resolved it within a few days. The car renting experience with Skyway is a very smooth process. Was recommended by a friend and contacted their Sales Rep Joyce. Very responsive and courteous young lady, every detailed was pre-empt before your go into rental contract with them. Car price is lowest in the market, no gimmick, straigth forward agreement. Myself rented a new car, and while waiting for the new car registration, i got a used car to drive first, the used car condition was in fact as good as new as well.
