When my regular mechanic of more than 30 years moved to Woodlands and subsequently retired, I was on the hunt for a good and competent mechanic to service my cars. Then I remembered Sg Garage - as a few years back I had gone to them when my BMW aircon needed some servicing. So I decided to go to them when my Stepwagon steering had some problems recently. We concluded that the steering rack needs changing. A few weeks after changing the rack, I discovered that the steering was leaking fluid and not performing properly. I told Edwin about it. Without any hesitation, he told me that he will make a claim from the parts supplier and get a new replacement rack for me, and would not charge me for the labour of replacing it. I was happy and appreciated his gesture. Who was to know, the replacement rack also gave some problems later. I reported this to Edwin and you could tell that he was equally disappointed. He assured me that he will sort it out with the supplier again, which he did. He replaced the rack (again without any charge), and my car is now turning smoothly. There were many instances during this episode where Sg Garage could have blamed it on other parts and quietly changed the rack, but they did not. They were honest in their dealings throughout. A big shout out to Edwin, Ah Long and his crew for your honesty and putting customers first. Thank you very much Edwin; Looks like my search for a mechanic is over.

I was at Sggarage Edwin workshop today @ 1750hrs as I found that the floor under my carpet is wet. Edwin and his mechanic make a thorough check and found the leaked can be from windscreen. He try to do whatever remedy he can. He told to get the windscreen specialist to check if the leaked persists. He was honest out front as anything pertaining to the windscreen leaked is within what he can do. This very commendable of him and still offer to recommend me the windscreen specialist. Yes Edwin has again his professionalism and making sure I am not left behind if I needed help. Thank you Edwin and all his mechanic.

I was recommended to try this shop, hence I visited AMK Outlet to replace my damaged bumper.

Recommended to replace shock absorber since my current front stock shock absorber has given way.
His service team had recommended to replace an upgraded shock absorber base on my driving style and frequent 2.5months engine oil servicing.
After 1 day of using KYB New SR Special shock absorber, it has improved handling while not compromising ride quality!

Couple with a new launch of Pirelli P8FS tyres, it is a new experience of comfort and good quality.

I had a problem with my Toyota Harrier Aircon. When I on the Aircon the Passenger side blow out warm air but driver side was still cold. When to the shop, he told me it was common for Toyota Harrier that having this Aircon problem.
