Got my car done Toughguard Ceramic Coating in March 2022.

Tangible benefits: less washing; Wash without shampoo; Easier to remove bird droppings on car surface; Time and effort save on washing; Less paint dented off when doors knocked by unmindful drivers and passengers at the parking lots.

Intangible benefits: paint work like brand new, people thought I am driving a new car but it is actually second hand; Admired by friends' children for driving a "Rich" Car; Compliment by condominium's security guards.

Going for a maintenance touching up today!

Came for Toughguard Ceramic Coating. Everything is so well explained and so nicely done. From the time the car is parked to near completion, everything is so smooth and detailed. I had a good time chatting with Mr. Azmi and he advised me on how to take care after the coatng is done. He understands from how I takes care of car and advised accordingly. What I received are great services, good and sound advice. More importantly, the product is of superb quality and confidence is there.

I was looking for a ceramic coating after collecting my new car. Came across a article which recommends QMI ToughGuard. Text the number last Friday and was prompted responded by Mr. Lim. He arranged for the car to be treated on Monday. Went down in the morning and was greeted by Mr Azmi. He explain the whole process and was told to pick up about 6 hours later. Very happy with the end results. Also impressed by the professionalism of Mr Azmi and Mr Lim. Mr Azmi explained patiently how to maintain the vehicles to keep the shine. Let's hope the the products work it's magic.

My search for a high grade ceramic 9H genuine paint protection system lead me to Mr Lim's company that uses QMI Toughguard which is ISO and Dupont certified product. Booking an appointment via Whatsapp is a breeze with prompt response and today I was served by Mr Azmi (>10years experience in PPS). After being introduced to the various packages provided Mr Azmi just let me decide (no hard sell) and I took the $399 promo package (normally >$800). 6 hrs later, my A3 body is silky smooth, including all the exterior glasses and rims has been ceramic coated. I am instructed to simply wash/rinse my ride with clean water using a microfiber towel. I was issued a receipt with 24 month Shine Warranty. Mr Lim also stress that although the coating provides a barrier of protection against the elements, bird droppings if left hardened for too long will also penetrate the ceramic coating but not the paint underneath it. I truly respect his honesty which is priceless! I hope more car owners will support Mr Lim's business and be rewarded with his 20+ years of passion and experience in PPS. I always leave my car for a wash while they were still at IMM and I will just go for my shopping. They take pride in their job even if it is just a normal car wash. Felt kinda sad knowing they shifted to Pioneer, and still, I would make a trip down to their Pioneer outlet even to just wash my car. Bought a new Honda Shuttle recently so it will be more convenient for her to run errands and to fetch the kids. No 2nd thought, make an appointment to do their signature ceramic coating with them while I drop my car for wash that day. Asked them if it is possible to get the car done like in half-day, they explained patiently to me, usually, it will take at least almost a day, as they vow to complete the job with utmost satisfaction, not some cincai since do. Alright, no choice but to leave the car for a day. Bring my wife along to pick up the car, we are both so impressed with the completed job, the shine is just so incredible! Just received our new car and was shopping around for a PPS as I didn't want to wash the car at petrol stations, but also want an easy way out to wash myself.

Went tho QMI at Pioneer Point and was served by Azmi, Opted for a Full Package which includes 6 layers Nano coating and interior. 3-year warranty and 2-year membership to touch up at a discounted rate.

As mentioned by Azmi, just use generous amount of water and a light wipe-through with a micro-fibre cloth is sufficient for the carbody, rims and windows. No scrubbing, no car shampoo.

Happy with the service, our 2nd car is now being detailed.

Opted for the promotion $350 package today. Booked via WhatsApp and received very prompt replies. Very happy with the result and hoping that the quality will last. Azmi? Was very patient in teaching me how to maintain (wash with water only) and the benefits and limitations of the PPS. Am happy with the 2 year "Shine" Warranty. Will come back and update a year later.

Before I even decided to let them do my car coating, Whatsapp them to understand more about the different type of coating as advertised. They are very patient with me, and according to my concern, they recommended their 9H ceramic coating. Price is pretty reasonable. Would like to leave a review that my new car received a full package treatment and I have loved how it's reduced my time spent on washing and cleaning my car.

Sent my car in for grooming last week and the bought the $899 package. Discovered a few stubborn stains on the visor and brought my car back the next day and the staff is very helpful in removing the stains. Clearing of bird shit is a breeze too! No regrets!

It's been 3 weeks since, very easy to maintain with the coating, my car is park at heavy industrial area, dust n birdshit is often, not with just minimal water splash is so easy to remove..This is all I wanted! I also don't need rely on Petrol station car wash which is a ripoff.

I sent my new car to QMI after reading several reviews and I never regretted since. The paintwork had maintained its gloss over the past months. Removal of stains like bird shit is so much easier.

Mr Lim and staff are also very professional and responsible. I send my car in for maintenance regularly and they continue to do an excellent job. I had a slight scratch at the door handle and they managed to notice it and removed it.....Real eyes for details.

I have sent my car at IMM for Tough guard paint protection on 13.5.16.
I was indeed satisfied with their service. After the tough guard paint protection done, I realized that the water marks and bird shit marks now being protection and easily wiped off and the car looks shiny.
Overall their service was superb and I was happy with the excellent service.

Did the package last Monday at IMM. The crew was very friendly. 2 days later I found several stains on the car which couldn't be washed off. Brought the car back and the crew was very helpful. They even called in a specialist to help with the stubborn stains. I was very happy with the excellent aftersales service.
With the sealant most stains are hosed off easily. The rest just needs to be wiped off with a cloth as in normal washing and the car looks shiny. So far so good!

Collected my car on Friday and went straight to them. Excellent product and great customer service by Mr Yeo.

Was in a rush when I went back to collect car as I need to fetch my child and Mr Yeo assisted me to finish up the process quickly and told me to return when I'm free to do touch up on the finer details to ensure me a clean and satisfied customer before I left.

These 2 days were raining and the rain just repel away from the car effortlessly.
