This is my second purchase from them as I have previously brought my crossland mats from them as well. They are pretty much run by very responsible people as they are honest with that there were 2 pieces of the mats that were not so good fit for my car and they offer to amend it for me without much hassle for me. If you are looking for quality that goes with customised fitting car mats then I will suggest you to look into ENZO. With a side by side comparison against the stock mats, it just a lot better and well made. When you head down to their store to self-collect, they will even help you to vacuum your car before installing the mats. They were able to update on my order status promptly when I made a phone call to them. Upon learning that I prefer to self-collect my car mats when the item is ready, they were accommodative to change it for me even though I have opted for courier service. For self-collection at their store, they were able to provide vacuuming and installation service which didn't take long to do. I have ordered the car mats via their website and I was updated to head down for collection when the item was ready. The staff at ENZO helped me to vacuum my car and install the mats for me. I like the good material of the mats and it is made to easy clean when dirty. For the mats to come into contact with water, it is okay also as it is a fully waterproof mats. The ordering of their mats was made very easy and convenient via their website. I didn’t have to make a trip down to their store as my model was readily available le on their website for selection. The waiting time for the order was around 2 weeks or less which is reasonable given that it is customised based on each vehicle model. They updated me via text to collect mats when the item was ready. I am satisfied by the precision of their car mats fitting and it is well covered. As my car model wasn’t available for selection on their website, I had to make an appointment with them to customise the mould for my vehicle and they are happy to do it even though mine is not a common model. The customisation was professionally done by them and they even helped me to vacuum car before installing the new mats for me which made my car interior looks even neater. I was previously using another competitor brand car mat but I have decided to opt to use the car mats by ENZO to see the difference. The material wise is a lot more sturdy and durable. Hence, I feel this is more value for money. Their fitment are not bad also as it is quite well made for my vehicle model. They have also rendered me good customer service as they helped me to vacuum my car interior before installing the car mat for me. The lead time to wait for my preorder mats was reasonable. When I was there for my installation appointment, I am impressed as they are using those industrial grade vacuums to clean up my car. The fitment from the ENZO car mat was a lot better than the OEM version. I can hardly spot any areas that are not covered which will allow dirts to enter. The quality of the car mats are rock solid and super good anti-slip grip also. My car was in the workshop due to some issue and the friendly people at ENZO were able to safekeep my car mats for me until I was ready to collect it. My club members are the ones the recommended me to get from them on the car mats. Their specialty is in customisation of car mats and no regrets going for them. Even the material that they used to make their car mat is solid also. When I was asking the staff there some questions about the mats, they were patience enough to explain it to me to clear up my minor doubts.
